This is the car wash that goes to the next level. they put a lot of thought in consideration into being the top best car wash from the dashboard It's really really worth it. Oh, this is true. Everyone need to try a quick quack car wash. The workers I've always seen them very young and they are working in white shirts, black slacks. I paid for a basic car wash so I know to expect at least a basic clean. To me this does not constitute clean at all. Ii literally smeared the dirt across my car. I will never return to this car wash. This was my first and last visit and I would not recommend it to anyone else. read more

This is the second time I've given this location a try and I will not be back after the damage to my vehicle. I know these scratches are the result of the wash, because I just washed my car by hand last week, plus I actually heard the scratches happen while going through the car wash. Combine that with a $13 for a basic wash and I will stick with washing my own car from here on out. read more

I stopped by to clean my car. I only opted for the single wash which was about $12. I like how they give you a dash cleaner when you pay, and once you get to the vacuum area, they have towels to clean your car which is great. I'm sure if I got the deluxe my car would've came a little cleaner. Overall not too bad. read more

Claiming no responsibility for damage to vehicles that are over 5 years old...... If your equipmemt damages my car it should not matter that it's over 5 years old. I will NEVER be back at your establishment. LOL.... Their canned reply is spot confirms their lack of solid engagement. At least the review pre warns owners of vehicles over five years to avoid doing business here, or at least go in eyes wide open what you could experience. read more

The car wash is great if they open on time! I can only go between 7am-7:15am. I've gone 3 times in the last month and no employees were there. The sign said open, but the doors were down and no one in sight. I cancelled my membership. :-( Not worth it. read more

New spot. Quality car wash. Friendly staff. My filthy SUV came out great after just one wash. My issue is not the quality... However don't fall for the $9.99 unlimited first month of washes deal they have going on. I asked the attendant if I could cancel at any time. He says sure of course. Ya read the email confirmation they send you. "Your monthly fee will be charged to the card we have on file. Should you cancel your membership within 45 days of initial purchase, a $5 cancellation fee will be applied. Refunds or credits are not available for partial months." They conveniently forget to mention the 45 day part or the cancel fees. Essentially you're going to get charged that next month since it falls under the 45 window. read more

Be mindful of carwash. I went today and they allowed the car behind me to get right behind me and start them off. Mid way through the vehicle hit me going through the wash as one section paused for a second and then jerked to start back up. I have had concerns before with how close they allow the vehicles and today that concern came to life. Luckily no damage and me and the person spoke about this. I shared with her even when they tell you to move up don't move up until the vehicle before has started moving and fully passed the first section. read more

Well this place just opened up so I decided to try it. It was great but what made it 5 stars is that the people running the car wash were really nice and cared about you getting good service. I like the fact they place Masking Tape over our rear Windshield Wiper Blade...but NO ONE REMOVED IT and I didn't know they had until I went to turn it on! Come management this something that should be supervised in TRAINING. Ask or notify the customer before anything is placed on their vehicle WITHOUT their Consent since there are no employees at the end of your car wash line. read more

I didn't even get to get a wash because the girl manager was busy belittling her coworkers and being very immature and rude to other customers. I don't know what kind of establishment allows management to treat their employees with such little respect. Thank God I didn't give them any of my money. She was barking at them, calling them lazy and stupid (thinking other people can't speak Spanish?) I felt so horrible for the girl she was yelling at, poor thing was just trying to do her job. They girl at the front was and my truck was cleaned pretty well on the outside but two of the vacuum stalls the vacuums had no suction so I just gave up and vacuumed at home. This place is brand new are they just not taking care of it? read more

I cannot recommend this car wash. My car had its gas cover come off while in the car wash. Noticed it when i got out to vacuum. Asked for manager. Some kid came over and had me fill out a claim form. Said some one would contact me. I then called corporate office and was told give them 3 business days. After that I called again and they took my info telling me again some one would contact me. Still nothing. Looks like I will be sending a demand letter and put a lien on the property. Do not want to go to small claims court but looks like that is where this is heading. read more

Do not recommend!!!! I went in to get a carwash on September 21st. They were being really pushy with their membership since it was a "great deal that pays for itself". I said no 3 separate times and even said I was just going to leave since it didn't seem like I could just get a carwash without signing up for the membership. I ended up getting my car washed (no membership agreement signed). I check my account and notice a charge on October 21st for $31.99. I called them to see what the charge was, and sure enough my license plate was on file with an "active membership agreement". I asked for a copy of the contract that I allegedly signed. They said the contract had already been sent to me to the email I provided. Turns out the email address on file was fake, so apparently I was signed up for a contract that I never agreed to. It's a shady way to do business and a hassle for the mediocre carwash I got. read more
