I have been using the car wash since it opened in WR. Every month I have been told one of the following, mind you, it's now April: "You don't have a membership." "Your last payment didn't go through." "Your card is declined" "Wait actually your account just popped up." "Your membership was cancelled." The first two months I understand but it truly gets to a point. I've spoken with management, called the customer care number, shown my banking apps and email receipt proving I paid & not once have I been granted a refund though I cannot use these services without a discrepancy. I have receipts showing I am current on payments & have an active membership. Multiple times I've had to call customer service to change my license plate because whichever plates are on my account are not mine. I'm a vet with veteran plates yet someone else has been linked to my account somehow & this just got fixed today 4/25/26. Retraining & hiring is needed. And it would be nice if customers didn't have to track down employees just for towels to dry their vehicles. read more

It's been a week, no response from the store leader...so called leader as he has not even tried to contact me. Only response I got from corporate was they would give me a month free...but what atmosphere would I be in knowing I was treated this way and now have to go back. How would I feel comfortable. I came in on the first day of the free wash promotion, and I was offered a membership for $9.99 for the first month, with the regular price of $39.99 per month after that. I accepted the offer and received my first car wash. When I came back, however, they could not find my membership in their system, even though I showed them the email confirmation I had received. I ended up waiting about 15-20 minutes while they tried to figure out what happened. Eventually, they had me call customer service, and I was told that the payment had not gone through. I understand that payment issues can happen, and I'm not upset about that part. What disappointed me was that they would not honor the $9.99 introductory price that was offered to me. Instead, they wanted me to pay the full $39.99 price, even though I had an email confirmation showing the original offer. I feel that if the issue was a mistake in processing the payment, the customer shouldn't be the one who has to pay for that mistake. I would have appreciated better customer service and for them to honor the promotional price that was offered to me. read more

My dad visited this car wash to try it out. During his visit, a staff member asked if he wanted to sign up for their basic membership, but he declined. When he attempted to pay for the car wash in cash, he was informed that cash was not accepted and that he would need to use a credit card instead. The following month, my dad noticed a $25 charge for a basic membership on his credit card statement, even though he had never agreed to enroll. He returned to the car wash in person to cancel the membership, and the staff member assisting him stated that it had been canceled. However, the next month he was charged again. I made an account on the company's website to cancel it online and discovered that the membership was still listed as active. In the end, I was able to cancel it online myself, so we are now waiting to see whether any additional charges appear on his account. We are concerned about how this company handles customers' payment information. read more

I've been a member of this car wash for several months and have consistently had good experiences at other locations, so I was disappointed with my visit to this one. This was my first time at this location since I happened to be in the area, and unfortunately it did not meet the standards I've come to expect. The car was not properly cleaned, especially the windows. There were visible spots left behind, and the front passenger-side window did not appear to be cleaned at all. You could clearly see the corner where it was *supposed* to be cleaned, but it seemed like there was little to no pressure, with only faint remnants from the cleaning roll barely touching it. The driver's side was slightly better but still not cleaned thoroughly. In addition, the members/non-members entrance was broken, so we had to drive through while an employee manually checked our license plate. At the wash entrance, the attendant did not guide us into the correct position. Thankfully, we've used this car wash enough to know roughly where to line up, but our back wheel was still slightly off, and we felt it go over the metal bar while getting into place. Overall, this location did not deliver the level of service or quality I've experienced at other locations in Stockton and Lodi. Because of that, I would not choose to return to this particular location in the future. read more

Started out when it first opened in Weston Ranch free car washes and been going a couple times a week after I signed up. Not always stopping to dry or vacuum. Tried it at Trinity and at locations near Sacramento after visiting snow. One earlier mishap with passenger mirror my son did some plastic welding and painting. Then last month in middle with the big roller obscuring windshield red lights to in at this stage at this location (varies at other locations) I realized it was bumping into I assumed another vehicle. I hit brakes still being pulled forward I put reverse from neutral ( rear camera on my vehicle) shows clear I back up a couple feet. At this time attendant has it shut down. I roll down window and she says everything looks ok. Other vehicle had already cleared I finished and left. No damage not a scratch. Other vehicle drivers insurance contacts me and my insurance saying damage. Even told my wife they would send video of me going faster than others. ( never arrived in email or txt) I find out with family and neighbors they had experienced similar incidence without damage. I understand the car wash disclaimer for any damage to cars older than three years and disclaimer on top of that but this is crap. Neutral on an automated track is not driving. Water and brushes blocking your vision? Anyone else? Plenty on Facebook and neighborhood social media. Went from five star to one at at least this location. So I live really close to this car wash and was so juiced that it was unlimited washes too. When it finally opened and I seen the people holding the now open sign and first month was under $15 I had to try it out. I went on the website and found out it's over $30 a month?! I just tried it hoping to remember to cancel before it charges me the outrageous price they listed online. The customer service is really good, most look like high school students, but very polite and respectful the 3-4 times I've been there. I was offered dashboard wipes my second time there, not sure if it should be everytime? But overall customer service is good. The car wash itself was decent, it had a bunch of soap and some cute light display of the duck. Not to sure how you can differentiate the lower tier washes from the higher tier washes but either way it's overpriced in my opinion. This is to the owner if he reads this, PLEASE fix your light at the end when people are suppose to drive off. I was behind someone and had to go back into gear to brake because the light never told the car in front to go. That is an accident waiting to happen. There should be a delay in how fast you should take cars in because that seems way to fast and people should be able to stay behind a bit to get the back dry, but definitely have some kind of sensor to have people drive off if there is a car close behind or have cars coming in at a longer delay. The vacuum is very strong and nice, the air is quite weak and blows a little, the towels are a nice addition but they're wet? Not sure if they're suppose to be or not. Overall my main issue with this wash is the PRICE, I understand everything's expensive now but the price point you have it at doesn't make sense and no one can tell if the car's been "ceramic coated" or "wax to seal", "3 step paint sealant" and a number of other key points seem a little bit over exaggerated. I canceled my account already thank god I remembered to cancel before the trial, but I will see how prices are and if they get changed to something more reasonable then I would consider reopening an account and I know about few people that think the same way. ***IMPORTANT*** To the OWNER & CUSTOMERS When I logged on to cancel the membership I was alerted that the website was part of a data breach, so change your passwords to be safe and not have your account information stolen. read more

Don't come here your car will end up smelling like sewage. As you go through the car wash you can strongly smell the water being sprayed on and it's just musty. I've never had this problem at other quick quack places read more
