horrible service. I called and left messages for several days to cancel my membership and request a refund and have not heard back from anyone . If anyone joins , you will have a hard time cancelling with poor customer service . read more

The service and quality is great for their pricing. The staff does a good job with scrubbing before car goes into wash and there's always someone to help service you at payment area so it's very easy and convenient for customers. I'm so happy Apple Pay and digital services launched so now it's even more convenient because I no longer have to pull out my physical card. read more

Would give this place zero stars if I could. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had, and I would not trust them with your car. After going through their car wash, I noticed significant scratches on my vehicle that were not there before. These were not minor marks--they were very noticeable and clearly caused by something abrasive. During the wash, I could literally hear how aggressively the brushes were scraping against my car, which immediately concerned me. The pattern and type of scratches left behind are consistent with bristle scratches from their equipment, not anything else. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of taking a moment to actually listen or inspect the damage with concern, he immediately became defensive. He kept circling around my car and repeatedly claimed that my vehicle was already in "bad shape" and had pre-existing scratches--which is completely false. My car did not have these scratches prior to coming here. He then went even further and told me that the scratches were my fault. He tried to blame me by suggesting that I must have placed something on top of my car and that it slid off, causing the damage. That explanation makes absolutely no sense given the visible scratch patterns, which are clearly consistent with the bristles from their brushes. What was most frustrating was his refusal to take any accountability. He said, "If it was my fault, I'd apologize--but it's not," and made it clear he had no intention of helping or resolving the situation in any way. There was no attempt to offer a solution, no apology, and no basic level of customer service. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing. Not only did they damage my car, but they handled the situation with complete disregard and disrespect. I strongly recommend avoiding this place if you care about your vehicle. read more

I've been coming for awhile... at least two years but only for six months with my newer vehicle. The last three times I have gone... the attendants don't give the car a good enough scrub down before going through the wash. The vacuums are decent, I always find a spot. Overall it's ok but I am just not satisfied with how it still comes out dirty because of stuck on spots. read more

Better than most car washes hand dries your car after the wash puts good shine on tires great service

Great quick car wash. Not familiar with that side of town and was able to find this car wash. My car looked amazing. I will definitely use these services again. read more

Its good and quick and gets the job done. The customer service is very good. The pricing on the car wash was also not bad and i got 30$ of premium car wash for 1 month. read more

For the price I am getting this place has poor customer service. I had notified the elderly man in the front about the rotating drying brush doesn't come down. And this motherfucker assumed I wasn't paying for the right car wash. I pay a premium membership. Then he assumed that I wasn't going in during "my turn" like I can control which wash I get. Please. I will be canceling my membership. read more

The quality of the hand prep/prewash has been better in the past. Yesterday (and today) it seems no one applies the bug solvent or scrub brushes with any intention of getting a car clean. It seems their purpose was to get the car wet. Big splatters on the car previously were not removed on Saturday wash, nor on the Sunday wash. The same "I don't care" effort was demonstrated both days. Don't get me started with bird droppings on the windshield. Subscription cancelled... read more

No stars or else this won't post. A decorative cloth (burgundy color) was sucked by a vacuum. The suction power got reduced as the cloth was stuck inside the plastic nozzle and I can feel it with my finger but unable to pull it out. I went to the office and a guy met me and I told him the problem. He said he would sent someone to help me. The car wash wasn't even busy at this time. I was sitting at my car for 15 mins, nobody came. I called the office on my phone, stated the problem, and was informed they would send someone out. I saw a guy came out but he just picked-up a garbage bag and went back in. I called again the office and stated someone got out but didn't helped me, I was informed they will send someone out. Then the original guy I talked to at first came out, he saw me, I waved at him pointing where I sm at, he just looked at me and went back in the office. Thinking he would send someone out and it's already 30 mins since I asked for help from this guy and nothing came out of it, I left frustrated. I could have given a monetary reward to anyone who would just come out to help me retrieve the stuck cloth as it has a sentimental value to me. This occurred on 01/07/2026. TC#349 read more

I've been using this car wash for quite some time now. Probably within the first year it opened. At first I felt it was the best car wash in town. All the brushes worked, the top dry spinner at the end always kept the drips off the hood and roof and never had issues with water spots. Lately, today included, I've noticed that the roof brush in the wash area doesn't come down anymore (hasn't for months) and the dryer roller at the end doesn't come down either and hasn't for more than 2-3 months. I've also been noticing that if I don't wipe down all my windows that little spots are appearing. Now, I have a subscription, but I rarely get my car washed once a week, which is fine, except lately the wash has been pathetic. I washed my car on Friday and then washed it today (4 days later due to the freaky weather today) and there were still huge bug spats on my bumper, fender and mirrors. Starting it really rethink my subscription if I can't even get a decent wash result after only four days. My subscription is for their premium wash too! Also when I went in today there wasn't even a car in front or behind me so they weren't "really busy." Guess it might be time to start looking elsewhere for my car washes. Seems Bubbas is falling apart. Sad, because it WAS the nicest in Stockton. read more

Extremely low quality , the manager is extremely rude . Bad customer service I would look into better places that don't scratch the paint .

Bubbas Express Carwash - Car Wash Near Me - Stockton, California

$10 for basic car wash. They don't have anyone drying your car, offer free self service vacuum. Decent service at a fair price. No one bombarding you with a sales pitch to buy monthly car wash services. There is someone there though if you have questions or need help. The price is right for a basic car wash here. read more

This place is horrible. The bristles scratched up my entire bumper and they were absolutely no help at all. The manager kept repeating himself that they are not responsible for any damages. I asked the manager Joseph for the corporate number and he would not assist me and told me to look online. Horrible customer service here and the car wash ruined my paint. read more

Don't waste your time getting their membership. Half of the time their machines aren't working. Waste of a membership. Go somewhere else.

Rainy season is over so I decided to stop by after passing everyday on my commute. $14 for a wash not too bad. Spotless rinse my ass. Left with watermarks on my windows, bugs on my grill, dirt, and bird poop still on my car--soap too! What a waste of money. Would not recommend. Better off going to a hand wash service--cheaper and better results. read more

Great and convenient. Idk what the other folks talking about, the vacuums suck better than my ex. But you gotta use the ones on the outside. Lol read more

The ONLY thing I don't love about this place is getting into it and out of it, you have to go north to do a U turn to go south, or go through the long parking lot with tons of speed bumps to get out the other direction. But it does a good job, I had unlimited last year, the price went up now so I'm not sure if I'll do Bubba's or another one, trying them all now. read more

This place started out good when it first opened. After a while they couldn't make up their mind on what times to close. I got really upset one time when I arrived and the car was was closed at 6pm after driving a few miles to then waste my time. On many occasions, I been noticing that my tires keep coming out dry without tire shine, while I pay a couple of bucks extra for tire shine. I spoke to the manager on 3 occasions and he states that am the only one complaining about, when in reality everybody tires are looking hella ashy. Some people might not care about their tire dressing, but I do. The vacuums are terrible and the only ones that works well, are the outside ones. Sometimes management is the problem is businesses like these read more

I bought the monthly payment Carwash and it's better for me so I can go once a day. What I didn't like was there vacuums they don't have the strong pressure to pick up anything. And I even loves to see the mother vacuums but sad to say they all suck . read more

Excellent service and value every time. We have three vehicles on the monthly pass and it is worth every penny.

Definitely do not get the value for the money here. It is always busy, they cut their hours short and close on random days. The wash does not do what the description says, I have the highest monthly pass and my windshield is still dirty after driving through and the tires do not have a tire dressing as it is described. I wouldn't complain if I could drive through twice but you have to wait 40 min just to get through the line as it is. I will be canceling my membership ASAP. read more

My car needed a wash and I was near the new car wash. Initially, I balked at the $18 car wash, but I thought if the service is good and the car came out clean i wouldn't mind paying the $18 for a car wash. After going through the flashing lights that reminded me of a trip to Vegas I was thinking, "This is pretty cool." However, afterwards the car is dried totally by these big huge driers and not all of the water is taken off the vehicle. This is why they sell you towels at the beginning of the car wash. At other competitors, they have employees that hand dry your vehicle after it leaves the car wash and you can tip them if you like. As I was utilizing Bubba's Car Wash vacuums I noticed blue chemicals all over my car that must have come from the car wash. Honestly, I will probably stick to Kelley's as they offer more value for my dollar. I suggest you should too! read more

If you want to go to a place where you're disrespected this is totally the place for you! The manager there today (Saturday) came over to yell and curse me out. I was speaking to him in English and he started yelling at me to speak English. I was vacuuming the bed of my truck and instead of politely telling me the reason why I couldn't do that he continued to yell at me and even threw a disgusting gesture at me. I always go here to wash my cars and today they've lost me as a customer and I will be telling everyone about this and not to go there. read more

When it was new the car wash did a good job. About 3 weeks ago the wash started leaving a film all over the car, it looks terrible. I had to hand wipe the whole car to have it removed. Went and talked to the manager and they came and looked at my car. They went and looked at their own car. There was a film on the car. Really shows on a black car. Thought they would fix it so three weeks later I go back. Still the same. 4 other cars were wiping the film off of the car and windows. Clearly they didn't fix it. Not sure I want to go back if the car wash leaves my car looking worse than when I came in. read more

I've washed my car here several times but this last time through they scratched the hell out of my clear coat. I emailed and cancelled the membership, alerting management. I think dipping my cats' tails in soap/water would have been better than the car wash I received. Vacuum suction! What's that? Maybe they need to go thru everything and fine tune. I don't know, wasn't impressed by any means. Went home and rewashed and vacuumed! read more

The best automated car wash in Stockton in my opinion. The attendants at check in are very helpful and the two at the beginning of the wash do an excellent of removing bugs from the car. Finally they have plenty of convenient drying stations with very high power vacuums. I subscribed to the monthly deal. read more

Went through this car wash immediately after leaving realized water leaking into my vehicle. Went right back was told they were not responsible regardless if it was the car wash that caused the issue or not. Manager incredibly rude did not speak English well and lied to me and told me they did not have owner information or any information for his boss. Do not trust them with something as valuable as your vehicle they will not pay for damages caused by their own equipment additionally claiming it belongs to a third party but still offering no help. My car was in perfect condition and not a junker and well taken care of. read more

Expensive for ProWash, Prior to Pandemic Reasonable & Quality Every Time! Too bad this used to be my #1 Go to !

Bad from the start. Machine to choose selection is way out of reach, to where they need someone there to do it for you. One of the main passenger brush spinner didn't work. Car did not look like an ultimate finish for $18. When you vacuum you car. You share a vacuum with another person, so prepare for that. Not worth $18. Kelly's it is. read more

I don't know what all these negative reviews are talking about but this is a machine wash and if you are worried about your car getting scuffed or marked up, don't go here or any other wash that is machine powered. I am here every other week and haven't had a problem. The person that takes my card to puts it in the machine is great. The other people that cleans or spray down the vehicles are great. I don't even talk to them. Some of the vacuums needs a little more power but overall, great carwash every time. read more

The worst car wash experience ever! And dealing with their manager Jose wasn't any better. On 12/31 I went through the car wash in my brand new two week old car and got a scuff mark on the front left trim. I have videos of the night before in my car. Photos of that same week with no damage and A VIDEO OF ME AT THE CAR WASH after noticing that it happened. They claim to have good reliable camera footage of the business. But cannot provide any evidence of me entering the carwash with damage. The video that I'm "allowed" to see is pixelated and the car is wet. Did they send me the video prior to the damage? Then denied to talk to the manger in person, by phone, or see any other footage of that day of me entering the car wash. . This is also all after him telling me I wasn't even there, and had never used my membership outside the day it was purchased!? I asked if it could be canceled,, since I will not be going back there again. And as a shit business would they changed my card again like crooks! read more
