Would give this place zero stars if I could. This was honestly one of the worst experiences I've had, and I would not trust them with your car. After going through their car wash, I noticed significant scratches on my vehicle that were not there before. These were not minor marks--they were very noticeable and clearly caused by something abrasive. During the wash, I could literally hear how aggressively the brushes were scraping against my car, which immediately concerned me. The pattern and type of scratches left behind are consistent with bristle scratches from their equipment, not anything else. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he was extremely rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of taking a moment to actually listen or inspect the damage with concern, he immediately became defensive. He kept circling around my car and repeatedly claimed that my vehicle was already in "bad shape" and had pre-existing scratches--which is completely false. My car did not have these scratches prior to coming here. He then went even further and told me that the scratches were my fault. He tried to blame me by suggesting that I must have placed something on top of my car and that it slid off, causing the damage. That explanation makes absolutely no sense given the visible scratch patterns, which are clearly consistent with the bristles from their brushes. What was most frustrating was his refusal to take any accountability. He said, "If it was my fault, I'd apologize--but it's not," and made it clear he had no intention of helping or resolving the situation in any way. There was no attempt to offer a solution, no apology, and no basic level of customer service. Overall, this experience was incredibly disappointing. No stars or else this won't post. A decorative cloth (burgundy color) was sucked by a vacuum. The suction power got reduced as the cloth was stuck inside the plastic nozzle and I can feel it with my finger but unable to pull it out. I went to the office and a guy met me and I told him the problem. He said he would sent someone to help me. The car wash wasn't even busy at this time. I was sitting at my car for 15 mins, nobody came. I called the office on my phone, stated the problem, and was informed they would send someone out. I saw a guy came out but he just picked-up a garbage bag and went back in. I called again the office and stated someone got out but didn't helped me, I was informed they will send someone out. Then the original guy I talked to at first came out, he saw me, I waved at him pointing where I sm at, he just looked at me and went back in the office. Thinking he would send someone out and it's already 30 mins since I asked for help from this guy and nothing came out of it, I left frustrated. I've been using this car wash for quite some time now. Probably within the first year it opened. At first I felt it was the best car wash in town. All the brushes worked, the top dry spinner at the end always kept the drips off the hood and roof and never had issues with water spots. Lately, today included, I've noticed that the roof brush in the wash area doesn't come down anymore (hasn't for months) and the dryer roller at the end doesn't come down either and hasn't for more than 2-3 months. I've also been noticing that if I don't wipe down all my windows that little spots are appearing. Now, I have a subscription, but I rarely get my car washed once a week, which is fine, except lately the wash has been pathetic. I washed my car on Friday and then washed it today (4 days later due to the freaky weather today) and there were still huge bug spats on my bumper, fender and mirrors. Starting it really rethink my subscription if I can't even get a decent wash result after only four days. My subscription is for their premium wash too! Also when I went in today there wasn't even a car in front or behind me so they weren't "really busy." Guess it might be time to start looking elsewhere for my car washes. The ONLY thing I don't love about this place is getting into it and out of it, you have to go north to do a U turn to go south, or go through the long parking lot with tons of speed bumps to get out the other direction. This place started out good when it first opened. After a while they couldn't make up their mind on what times to close. I got really upset one time when I arrived and the car was was closed at 6pm after driving a few miles to then waste my time. On many occasions, I been noticing that my tires keep coming out dry without tire shine, while I pay a couple of bucks extra for tire shine. I spoke to the manager on 3 occasions and he states that am the only one complaining about, when in reality everybody tires are looking hella ashy. Definitely do not get the value for the money here. It is always busy, they cut their hours short and close on random days. The wash does not do what the description says, I have the highest monthly pass and my windshield is still dirty after driving through and the tires do not have a tire dressing as it is described. My car needed a wash and I was near the new car wash. Initially, I balked at the $18 car wash, but I thought if the service is good and the car came out clean i wouldn't mind paying the $18 for a car wash. After going through the flashing lights that reminded me of a trip to Vegas I was thinking, "This is pretty cool." However, afterwards the car is dried totally by these big huge driers and not all of the water is taken off the vehicle. This is why they sell you towels at the beginning of the car wash. At other competitors, they have employees that hand dry your vehicle after it leaves the car wash and you can tip them if you like. As I was utilizing Bubba's Car Wash vacuums I noticed blue chemicals all over my car that must have come from the car wash. When it was new the car wash did a good job. About 3 weeks ago the wash started leaving a film all over the car, it looks terrible. I had to hand wipe the whole car to have it removed. Went and talked to the manager and they came and looked at my car. They went and looked at their own car. There was a film on the car. Really shows on a black car. Thought they would fix it so three weeks later I go back. Still the same. 4 other cars were wiping the film off of the car and windows. Clearly they didn't fix it. Went right back was told they were not responsible regardless if it was the car wash that caused the issue or not. I don't know what all these negative reviews are talking about but this is a machine wash and if you are worried about your car getting scuffed or marked up, don't go here or any other wash that is machine powered. On 12/31 I went through the car wash in my brand new two week old car and got a scuff mark on the front left trim. I have videos of the night before in my car. Photos of that same week with no damage and A VIDEO OF ME AT THE CAR WASH after noticing that it happened. They claim to have good reliable camera footage of the business. But cannot provide any evidence of me entering the carwash with damage. The video that I'm "allowed" to see is pixelated and the car is wet. Did they send me the video prior to the damage? Then denied to talk to the manger in person, by phone, or see any other footage of that day of me entering the car wash. . I unfortunately had a bad first time user experience this week at Bubba's. Recently bought a new car and was looking for a touchless style car wash, so when I read that this place had a hand prepped car wash, I understood it to be something it was not. It was two people with a stick brush, then firing through the tunnel like normal. When I first entered the parking lot, I was warmly greeted and I had a lot of questions. I was definitely open to the Monthly Plan, but as someone who never used their service or had an experience, I asked if the $17 I paid could be applied to the month subscription after I finished that day and was told no, I just had to buy it site unseen? So I opted not to do it. Good thing. My car was full of bugs on the bumper after being washed, the tires didn't have any sign of tire dressing that the $17 wash was supposed to have, and I had water spots all over the chrome on my car that I needed to clean when I got home. I think there is some room for improvement. No doubt the monthly idea is a good one, I just don't know if I would go back for $17 for a car that wasn't fully clean. Hopefully management can work on the process and also when someone says they have never been a customer before, to be treated a little bit more with understanding. read more
