We had the highest level car wash service they provide. We asked to downgrade our service and were told they couldn't do it at the store but call an 888 number. Called the 888 number and was told to do it on their app or at the store. I just want tire shine. Been a member for a couple years, and all locations seem to be a bit different. This Roy location is near my home, so it's convenient, but I'm disappointed every single time I go through. I've complained multiple times, reached out to corporate, talked to the employees at the wash, etc... it never ever puts the shine on my tires. So freaking frustrating. I found about about Quick Quack last year, when I was in California for work for 11 months, and my best friend she told me she been going there for ever, so i tried them out with my BMW, and Jeep and they are amazing, the best wash was they very best, it made my Jeep and BMW looks brand new, it's affordable, and worth the price, i am always going to go to them. Now that I am in Utah i found them and now i drive all the way to them to get my Jeep and Tahoe washed now, and best friend she is always using them as well, Thank you for the membership, and the amazing experience, and for always having a smile on when I come. First time trying out not only this location, but a Quick Quack Car Wash! Took my car through to get ready for the weekend and avoid that dreaded rust I get after the winters. Upon arrival, I was met by a young man who offered me a dash cloth to wipe the interior of my car which I really appreciated! I didn't have to wait longer than 30 seconds to get through to the entrance of the wash itself. It was quick and easy which I loved. No crazy wait times, no confusion. I got the "Best Wash" which was the highest tier wash. There is a high pressure dryer at the end so I used that to my advantage. I drove straight home and didn't bother wiping the rest of the water off so the half that dried in the sun was left shiny and clean, the other half was streaky and in turn made it look dirty, but nothing that can't be resolved. Really bad carwash. The bottom half of my running boards and the entire back end of my car were not washed. I don't have an unusual vehicle either. It's a RAV4. I did sign up for membership, given it was a convenient location and winters in Utah often require frequent car washes because of the salt. I was told I could cancel at any time but was not told that if I canceled within 45 days, I'd be charged for that. I also was led to believe that I could cancel on the website, but that is not true. I had to email customer care. I told them why and got a canned response saying, "sorry! It will be canceled! Hope you come back!" So apparently, they don't really care if you're satisfied or not or if you get a good car wash or not. Whatever. The place I used to use was half this price and actually cleaned my entire car. Since I moved, it's not convenient anymore, but I'd rather drive there and actually get my car clean than use this place. read more

most all of these carwashes have drying towels. This one did not at 11:26 AM. That's one of the reasons why I come get my car wash chairs because they have towels that I can dry off and wipe off the dash not recommending this location. read more

Had a free coupon and a couple of sunny days so decided to give it a whirl. The employees were friendly and service was quick. Got a free dash wipe so that's a plus. The thing that sets this wash apart from the others is the vacuum area. The vacuums actually had good suction and each station has a little compressed air nozzle to get those drips off the mirrors and the windows. I will for sure be back. May even buy a monthly pass since I have a black car that needs washed often read more

Love Quick Quack because you can be anywhere in Utah and still can find one. With the membership its so easy to wash the car anywhere. Its also convenient to just drive in and they would check your license plate and 2 sec later, youre in the tunnel. The wash quality is certainly important to discuss. I would say its been good experience with good wash quality for the price you pay. Car gets better wash compared to many gas station carwash locations with ample amount of soap and the drying stage was also well done - I find it annoying to leave the car still soaking wet after the wash. Free vacs and air make it so convenient to clean up your car inside and outside after the wash. read more

FRAUD WARNING We have been paying for the highest tier car wash for over a year. As of this last car wash, I noticed that I was only receiving the lowest tier car wash. How long this has been going on for? No idea. The person at the location was clueless and absolutely no help- he told me to call the corporate number. Spoke with a rep there who was more useless and basically just told me I was out of luck because I had "still gotten a car wash". Their records show the base level I had actually gotten versus the highest tier I was paying for. She refused any sort of a refund or restitution. It's a shame- I actually enjoyed the car washes themselves, but after not knowing how long they have been ripping me off for, I can't in good conscience let others potentially fall into this as well. Avoid this location, avoid this business, just run away. For any current users- you should probably do some digging and check that the car washes you've been getting (they have a record) are the actual ones you've been paying for. read more

He never did until I canceled 2 weeks later then he called a d said customer service finally got back with him and said the reason I couldn't add a car was because I canceled even though that was nearly 3 weeks later. read more

I usually don't have issues waiting and no problems with rotation at check in. Today Marissa was flirting with a guy in a shiny new Jeep in front of me for 8 minutes while I waited. Cars went around in the other lane. I asked if I needed to back out and leave. When she finally finished with the guy, she checked in two cars in front of me as "punishment" for being impatient. I just couldn't believe that she was taking so long. Even if he was a new sign up, mine took less than three minutes. Marissa didn't seem new to the process. It was ridiculous to watch. read more

Cleaned my truck to maybe a 5/10 but this car wash is rough broke off my antenna cover. I paid 21 bucks they didn't spray the truck down first. didn't use the bug blaster. And the dryers suck. it was a waist of money I will not be using this wash again and it smelt like sewage in the tunnel also didn't get the dash wipe read more

They use a bait and switch tactic to get you to sign up for the monthly fee. They give you one price and then the second month they charge you a different price. They don't tell you that and even lie about the plans. When you try and cancel they want to charge you the full price for the month even if you haven't used the service. I canceled on the 2nd of the next month when I saw the full charge and they wanted to charge me for the whole month. When I called they said that is their policy to charge for the whole month. read more

The cost is outrageous! $20 for a 3 minute tunnel drive through! My front license plate was folded in where it is attached to my bumper, not a huge deal but all cars have license plates, the wash should be designed so they don't get damaged! The bird poop was still on the window after going through the wash. For $20 the car should come out clean! read more
