Honestly for the price of the service I don't think it is that bad for the quality of the wash. If you start drying off your car and realize that there are still stains or dirt they will allow you to enter the wash again to ensure that it is clean. The worker that helped me was super sweet, but was being a tad bit pushy on trying to get me to upgrade to the most expensive plan. I get that she is doing her job but it came off a little too harsh. Other than that great service and I will continue to give this location my service. read more

I was able to get in touch with customer service and my refund is being processed. They said I was charged for somebody else's monthly membership and would've continued to be charged, so I am glad it is getting worked out. I would definitely advise everybody to be cautious using a card here. read more

I spent a better part of an hour here detailing the inside of my car. (I am a member.) The whole time I was here I didn't see one attendant come to check on the towels. There were no clean towels in any of the buckets and there was quite a bit of business. It would be really nice if the attendance would spend more time on the customers instead of whatever they're doing inside. read more

just took my car through here and it ripped my license plate and plate cover off and they didn't reimburse me on the spot. horrible place never come here. read more

This is the perfect brushless car wash! The cheapest wash is $5, but it got my car clean. The vacuums are free and they have 15-20 of them, so you don't have to wait. It's also set up really well, so there's plenty of room to get in and out. Best of all, the customer service is good. Ricky checked me in, gave me all the info I needed as a new customer, and had a genuine smile on his face the whole time. Highly recommended : ) read more

This location and it's team is 100% unprofessional and the price is not worth the headache dealing with them! I have been in contact with the "general manager Whitney" for 3 weeks trying to fix my complaint and not only was she not able to cancel services but I got charged for yet another month of not using services because her staff at the Indian school location didn't know how to use the iPad and legit told me to cancel my account because they couldn't figure out how to help me. This company is a joke with the people you have working !!!! Go two streets up there's more amazing car washes in the area!!! read more

Melanie and Evelyn were so amazing helping us change over the membership we purchased to our new vehicle. Thank you! We love this car wash

Melanie & Evelyn are always so kind when I get my car washed. Make sure I have everything I need before I take off. 100% coming back to this location. read more

Last week I tried another Quick Quack Car Wash, thinking perhaps they could not all be bad.....WRONG. There are several fresh deep scratches on driver side. The manager agreed they looked like the kind that qualified as damage from them. I had custom paint made and the employee agreed that they were fresh scratches as the white under the paint had not oxidized. I have yet to hear from the company. DO NOT GO TO ANY QUICK QUACK CAR WASH IF YOU CARE ABOUT YOUR CAR! read more

This car wash was amazing! They was very responsive, quick and careful! Sprayed the car as it was going in and gave us a cleaning wipe for the inside of the car. Car smelt amazing going thru the wash and came out super clean!!! I totally recommend this one! read more

This is a wonderfully run location, check in and the wash was quick and easy. I have a membership and went first thing in the morning. The only caveat is that the self service vacuum area is right next to an area frequented by the homeless and there may be some that ask you for something. read more

David spent an extra 5 minutes power washing my very muddy truck before going through the wash. Much appreciated!

I've been here a couple of times now and so far, my experiences have been great. I appreciate that they have low cost options--because this makes it affordable for me even when I'm on a tight budget. Customer service is knowledgeable, nice, and super helpful. This last time I went Whitney helped me get squared away and their cheerful persona made my day and experience much better. I'll definitely be coming back regularly, 10/10 recommend. read more

Absolutely loved it here. Fast, clean and professional. I highly recommend this place. Definitely will be the only car wash I take my car too. read more

This place isn't expensive but it's also not good??? I've gone twice and both times it was a let down. The firs time I got the 4$ wash and I was left with spots on my windows and I was like okay??? maybe it's the 4$ one so I went again recently and did the 10$ (idk how much it was exactly it was the middle tier) and it left my windshield worse than the 4$ one there was like scrub marks (possibly soap still?) and water marks. I also went to use the vacuums the second time around and there was no suction? I was thinking about going again and trying the top tier wash but like why? Lol, it's most likely going to leave it the same? And I'm pretty sure I can go else were for about the same and get better quality wash? Every time I've gone the employees have been super sweet but that's about it. read more

This location is amazing, clean and fast! Throughout the COVID-19 pandemic the staff and GM have been nice, they remember me when I visit and they're always cheerful even through the scorching Arizona heat! Extremely helpful and friendly employees at the car wash tonight. They came out and helped right away, no wait. They were interested in making my experience top notch. My car turned out great, spotless and free vacuums. Agree on bringing a towel. They also have air pressure near the vacuums so that you can dry the car as well. read more

Stopped in for a quick wash before heading out of town and Jason was extremely helpful. He told me all about the memberships and how I can use them at any location. I opted not to get it, but will be going back to sign up when i get back into town read more

I was a member of every car wash in the valley at one time or another because I like the monthly unlimited plan but every car wash service was a little weak and the car wash was even weaker so I kept trying and trying then I found quick quack on 27th avenue and Indian School in Phoenix and I ran into a gentleman named Tyrone and I ask Tyrone if you can match the other places with what I was getting which included my unlimited the best package and a chamois and air freshener and he said I got you no problem not only did he take care of it but he put it in the system so in case he's not there everybody knows it that was impressive he knows a customer service means most people don't a large majority of people don't let mr. Tyrone from Harlem NYC he knows you got a good man there matter fact you have a great crew your 27th avenue and Indian School quick quack car Wash so be proud of who you are and what you do I want everybody else figures it out like I did business should be booming read more

This car wash is terrible left my car dirtier than it already was and I paid a $16 dollar wash. I definitely will never be going back and no one should come here. It is the worst car wash I have ever been too. read more
