Today I walked into the wash to inquire and they handed me a pamphlet with an 800 number to call. The company's corporate staff was extremely rude and said they could not give a refund as they were a no refund company, but could give me the two months ($39.99 per month) I had pre-paid of service, I explained that they are offering washes under the Grand Opening for $10.00 a month for the highest tier and did not seem fair as a loyal customer. I requested to speak with a supervisor but one was not available, they offered a gift card or a call back later, I did not accept either and rep on the phone hung up. I called back to the "claims" department only to be sent to a recorder that said call back later.
