This time, the employee upgraded my wash, which looked somewhat better, but my car still had water stains. After the wash, vacuum and interior wipe-down, I asked the supervisor for tire cleaner. They left inside to retrieve it, came back and said 'I know I promised the tire cleaner for your tires. But we're going to decline.' The customer service from the lady and employee were good, but the manager is toxic and the wash is mid. A customer shouldn't have to wash twice to see a significant difference in their car. For almost $20 for a basic wash, I wasn't satisfied with how my car looked initially. I do appreciate the complimentary air guns, vacuums, and towels, but I found myself doing all of the work, as the wash was supposed to target the hood, trunk, tires and windows, but did not--eh!

I stopped here this morning around 7:45 AM before work because my car was pretty dusty and I wanted…read moreto give it a quick wash. I paid $16, which I already felt was pretty expensive for a basic wash. Once my car went through the wash, I immediately noticed that there were hardly any suds or soap. It honestly looked like water was just being spit or sprayed onto the car. When I came out on the dryer side, I could still see most of the dust and dirt on my hood, along with marks where the plastic rollers had barely made contact with the surface. It was obvious that the car had not been properly cleaned. I was running late for work, so I left with the intention of coming back later. After work, I returned and explained what happened to an employee. I asked if I could either get a refund or simply run my car through the wash again so it could actually be cleaned. Unfortunately, I was told that they couldn't do either because I had already left the premises and should have returned immediately. I understand having a policy, but I think it's unreasonable that there wasn't even an attempt to make things right when I had paid for a service that clearly did not properly wash my car. I wasn't asking for anything extra. I simply wanted the service I paid $16 for. I would not recommend this place. The wash did a poor job, the plastic rollers don't seem to properly clean the vehicle, and I was especially disappointed with the customer service when I came back to address the issue. If you're looking for a place that will actually clean your car and stand behind its service, I'd recommend going somewhere else

If you're going to charge that much, at least the customer service should be good. Unfortunately, the female employee working there was extremely rude and unfriendly. Her attitude made the whole experience even worse. High price and poor customer service is not a good combination. I would not recommend this location. There are better and cheaper car washes elsewhere.
