We have been charged monthly for our 3 vehicles every month and when we go to wash our cars the car wash company claims we are not in the system. Some of the employees that work at the Humble site are very customer service oriented. But, the phone operators are rude and have the nerve to tell you that they have been working for the company for 5 years or so and still cannot get information on the vehicles corrected. You could have all the car wash all over the place and if your computer system its not sinking with debit cards, licenses plates and all; you all need to get with program. Aside from waiting on the 800 for more than an hour its very POOOR customer service. If I cannot resolve this issued today I am cancelling the membership. read more

I recently had the worst experience at this location. Paid for the top tier service and the wash wasn't great so I asked if I could go back around to do a second wash and the lady very rudely said no, never had this issue at any other qq location. After getting home I received an email that I was signed up for the ceramic membership by this rude employee without my consent and on top of that she had the nerve to not let me through for a second wash when she had already signed me up for a MEMBERSHIP!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! My husbands card was charged 2 times on September 3,2024 of $35.99. I sent a bank statement showing proof and they lady over the phone still refused to give him a refund!! This place is horrible. There was a malfunction with their tracks that damaged my vehicle and they failed to take responsibility for it. The customer service is appalling. I receive the same email over and over with the same information and am never able to speak with a representative. Whenever I go in person, the manager is supposedly out of the office. read more

Staff was incredibly nice and helpful during my first visit! This is an amazing car wash for the "Good" $10 wash. A million times more efficient than the most expensive gas station car wash (plus you get to use the compressed air and vacuum for 10 mins). My SUV was a hot mess after driving from FL to Kingwood. It got off all the bugs and road mess in one "Good" wash. My car was amazingly about 95% dry after pulling out of the wash - that NEVER happens! Plus my freakin tire rims were clean and sparkly - a MIRACLE. I was hesitant to use this wash. I've ruined cars in the past with car wash brushes. So relieved when I got out and there were zero brush mark swirls. Sadly, I don't live locally anymore. If I still lived here I'd totally get a monthly membership. Sooooo Worth it. read more

I simply asked him to put some tape over the front license plate because I've already lost my license plate here before And I was trying to get his attention he didn't look up so I lightly tapped on the horn and that's when he proceeded to tell me that he didn't need my fucking help to know how to do his job. Employees were very nice & helpful. The cheapest car wash is only 6 bucks. This includes access to vacuum after the car wash. They don't vacuum for you. You have to do it. They have vacuum hoses on both sides of the parking space which is very convenient & makes it very easy for you to do it yourself. They also give you one quick quack car wipe for the inside of your car. For the car wash you put your car in neutral & let it ride. It wasn't the best car wash, but hey for $6 it got the job done! read more

Where to start. First I drive which I know is harder for car washes to get clean but this wash was pathetic. First no one told me the vacuums were broken which meant I couldn't clean the inside of my truck. Second, the only brushes they have that are supposed to get your hood and roof, never touched my hood. Third, at the end of the wash, the last side brush on the right side was barely spinning and did nothing. And lastly, the "tire shine" was anything but that. All in all, I paid for a service I didn't get and had to come home and hand wash all the missed areas. Oh and since the vacuum area was closed off there was no where to fully dry off my truck so most of the windows were spotted. Since I got the Ducky Wash I would of been better off just flushing the $21 and doing it myself. Nothing stocked during rush hour, but there are plenty of employees at the entrance ready to push a subscription on you. Vacuums suck (pun intended). Jokes aside the vacuums were boo-boo garbage. One even fell apart from the roof and almost fell on me while I was putting the vacuum hose away. The only thing that worked was the car wash itself and even then, there were a lot of spots I had to use the free towels meant for the inside of the car to spot clean. Received birthday coupon via email. Went to redeem and was told they could not accept because they were unable to scan barcode. No other option was made other than to pay. I told the assistant, I would register a complaint with their corporate office. BIG MISTAKE! after explaining to the young lady who answered the phone, she hung up on me. I was totally shocked, considering I was very polite. I simply wanted to know why they were sending out emails and they weren't being honored. After that experience, I decided to write my complaint (had no intentions of writing a review). There are many carwashes in Houston. Everything went good till I came out of car wash yesterday and start to cleaning my car out. My wife and I start to smell heavy pot around. My wife ask me to talk to manager so I found him and spoke to assistant manager. He seem want to help and spoke with two guy and seem does not take any action and still smoking. I am really disappointed. I came back for second time after they offer apologize so I did came back. I have notice something have change. I have respond with question that bother me. Are they recycling the water because when I turn off inside ac so I can smell triform polish( love the smell of it ). This is the worst quick quack car wash in Houston. Their vacuums are always broken. When they are working on the very few occasions that they are working, there is almost no suction. However, that's not the bad part. The bad part is that their employees are the rudest people I've ever met. I was at this location this morning and the person checking me in didn't bother to say hello, walked straight to the back of the car and tried to record my license plate. My account isn't saved on my license plate because quick quack has a policy where if you switch license plates more than twice per year you have to save the vehicle under the Vin number. When she finally came up to the window of the car I was able to tell her it was saved under the Vin number. she gave me the dirtiest look on earth and just said "really?" Yes, really. I really had to save my car under the Vin number because of your policy and your frustration with that should be directed at your employer, not the customer. The best part of the entire exchange was that halfway through the car wash the brushes stopped spinning and I had to run the car through again. My reentry into the car wash was met with much disdain from the same woman who gave me all the attitude before. How about being apologetic for your crappy wash? read more

Idk wtf this car wash is doing, but I drove through it a few months ago with my old car and it chipped a piece of my paint off. Thinking it's just because my car was old, I went through it yesterday with my new car that I just bought a month ago. After getting home last night I noticed there is massive chunks of paint missing from my rims. That is twice now that this car wash has damaged my vehicle. OK so I decided to try this one since I was in this part of town today. The guy up front was really sweet and had me through the payment in no time. So the wash was GREAT, the lights and all the spinning trees made it look like I was in the forest of washitopia (yes I made it up). The blower things at the end were super strong and got my baby totally dry. The twenty dollars for the wash seems a little high but the end result was worth it. When I was using the vacumes a lady came out and introduced herself and said she was the new manger (Tina I think, sorry if its wrong). Luv these places, try it and see what I mean!! read more

Love this place! It's right on the way to the 59, so popping in for a quick wash is easy. They have reasonably priced memberships (we get the basic all you can wash deal for $16 a month). The best part though is the vacuum cleaners. My car was always a total disaster with crumbs and cookies and kids snack remains, but not anymore :-). we stopped in here a few times a week to get our car washed and vacuumed out and are so much happier with the cleaner car. If you're lucky and get in at the right time of day, you might even get a free Lucky Duck wash. read more

These people say they have video of the scratches this car wash put on my car and would be more than happy to show me, however I have made several attempts to reach them to see the video since I have pictures of the vehicle before the wash showing no scratches on this car. Other people have complained of damage and they don't fix there cars either. They will not contact you back to watch video that is just what they say online so people don't think they suck and don't take responsibility.
