If I could leave negative stars, I would. The experience that I've had with this car wash has been absolutely wrenching. I advise everyone not bring their cars here. I went to get my car washed a few weeks ago , I always towel dry my car because I do not like water spots because of this, I always notice new scratches or knicks. I went to the manager Chris and I let him know that I believe their equipment is damaging my car, before asking about the damage I was referring to, he immediately says and points to my hood at two scratches going sideways and says their machines cannot make these type of scratches. I let him know that I was not talking bout those, although I do believe they happened there as well. I was referring to big huge long streaks that are similar with their drying process as well as brush like scratches. He then proceeds to tell me that again, their machine cannot make scratches like that and all incident reports go through him, and he would deny it because the damage doesn't align with their machines. He also said if the scratches were done by the machines, then scratches would be all over the top of the car as well, so we look at the top of the car and those scratches are also on top of the car. There's nothing else dragging across the top of my car except their equipment. He takes the incident report and says that he will be in contact within 48 hours, an entire week passes and I get a random phone call from a random man that I've never spoken with claiming that my incident report was denied because again the damage does not align. I have called this Steven Auturo back multiple times and he has not said anything or returned my call. The day I received this call, I went back to The car wash in hopes To talk to Steven and the manager, Chris said that he is actually not even a employee of this car wash. He works off of the one on 249. Chris threatened to call the police on me multiple times for literally just asking for information. I called the corporate number and they only handle memberships. Chris has failed to provide me with any information to further escalate this. I'm so sad how I've been treated by this company and how they have handled the damages that they have made to my vehicle. It's been weeks nobody has reached out, even after requesting the regional manager. Their base argument is that their machines cannot make scratches going sideways, but they do not provide any evidence of the scratches that their machines can make. PROTECT YOUR CARS!! AGAIN MANAGEMENT CAN REPLY TO GOOGLE REVIEWS BUT NEVER REACH OUT DIRECTLY. It's actually absurdly unethical how they are running the car wash. DAMAGING VEHICLES IS WHAT THEY DO!!! The pressure of joining their membership is ridiculous! I went to get a car wash, only wanting a single wash, and the guy at the window kept trying to get me to join their membership. Keep in mind, I only wash my car once a month at most, so why would I pay $25 a month when a single wash is only $13? I don't mind people trying to make a sale, but after having him give me annoying jokes making fun of the Army (I'm a veteran and it's in my license plate), I then had to tell him no about 8 times before he finally stopped. And it wasn't an "ok, I understand", it was a "why did you cut me off before I finished my sentence?". I simply replied with, "I know what I want and I don't want that. No means no." Don't go there. I have to upgrade my review of this Quick Quack to 5 stars. Recently I needed my car washed at night because of a situation out of my control and was pleasantly surprised that QQ stays open until 9 p.m. every day. A few months ago I joined their monthly unlimited wash club and staying open that late really proved convenient for me that night. Rarely would I ever want to wash my car at 8:30 at night but this time I did. Add to that the fact that they open at 7 a.m. means it's very convenient to stop by. This 5 star review builds on the friendly employees who are always well dressed including wearing ties, the clean towels at every vacuum bay to use to wipe down your car if you need to, the complimentary disposable wipe they give you for the interior and the reasonable prices they charge. QQ is different than their competition and that makes them better. read more

I attend this car wash multiple times a week have been doing so for three years on one occasion couple of months ago I experience some damage to one of my wheels, but didn't make a big deal about it because it was minor. However, today I once again got guided in by the attendant, whom told me to proceed going straight then I felt my wheel hit something. He then after I hit something directed me to steer to the right, when I did I immediately felt a jerk in my vehicle and heard sound of metal scratching my wheel. As soon as I exited the wash, I checked my wheel and sure enough there was a tear in the rubber and a new big scuff on my wheel. I asked the manager to take a look and inform them that this wasn't the first time to which he was defensive and said he can't go back into any prior Incident which I understand, but I wanted him to know that the other tiny scoff also happened There I just didn't complain! Might I add that my car has less than three 3k miles On it and I average out about 500 miles a month and am super careful with my low profile wheels The most upsetting part about this is the manager immediately told me "that it was impossible that his Machine did that because it's covered by rubber and he can file a claim but he can Assure Me that happened elsewhere and they wouldn't cover it but he'd give me the paper anyway I walked to the entry and you can clearly see as the track has exposed metal and the jagged corner of the broken rubber can easily cut you with enough pressure from tire rubbing against it can surely cause a tear In so disappointed that this happens but even more disappointed at managements read more

Should really get no stars. 1st the brush rotation going in should be the opposite direction of vehicle travel clockwise. They have them set to the same direction of vehicle travel counter clockwise. So when you go in with your side mirrors closed; the brushes will yank them opened and then some. Might not be a huge deal with smaller vehicles, but when your in a pick-up, SUV, Van WATCHOUT. Managers talk out of their asses thinking that one is an idiot and don't know better or not mechanically inclined. Upon submitting the incident and QQ reviewing the footage they determined that the blower blew my mirror cover off and that it was a manufacture defect. But what they haven't seen or told me is what happened upstream of the carwash before I got to the blower. With all the soap, water, condensation and misting, how are they only​ able to see just the blower/dryer area. They denied my claim and would not divulge or send any information that I presented when I state my case. The higher ups made the manager of the Mortan Ranch store tell about the denial because they dont have the HUEVOS to talk to me themselves. Customer services blows the huge one! read more

This morning Chase was the cheerful attendant greeting me at the car wash. Recently I upgraded my wash preference to include the ceramic wax option as per another helpful attendant Erin's suggestion. Wheels seem easier to keep clean and I love the bead. An update! 3-4 days after I posted my initial review, the manager e-mailed me basically accusing me of giving him an incorrect phone number (the number he put in the e-mail was correct). He finally texted me the information for the person they said they would pay to handle the repair to my vehicle. It took three tries to finally reach the person they said would do the repair. He said he was busy that day but he would be able to come by a couple of days later to handle the repair. I have not heard back from him since, and it has been 3 days. During the middle of this, the original manager texted again asking if I would take down my original 1-star review... I don't expect that this car wash cares enough to make this right, so I'll leave this here as a warning. Nine times out of ten you'll probably be fine at this place. But that one time they have an issue, they won't do anything to make it right. read more

The service is fine, and so is the wash. My only complaint is the cancellation of your membership. If I cancel my membership, it's for a reason; I don't have the luxury of buying it every time. So when I hear I've been given a free month, I think that's cool. It doesn't mean charge me after the free month ends. To me, that seems very evil, especially when you can't get a refund. read more

Update: The dealership gave me the estimate that I have to you (more accurately the previous person representing this location). They were concerned about the mechanism inside the mirrors. I don't know anything about auto body work or auto mechanics. This is why I reached out to the professionals and did not take the word of the manager of a car wash with his own best interest in mind. I would like to hear why you think the dealership now has a different story. What do I gain from all of this drama? I just wanted my husbands truck back to the state it was in before I went through that wash. And yes, 'all or nothing' should include the damages caused by your wash. Do not go to the new quick quack in Richmond on 1093. This place is new. During the grand opening it was awesome. I am here on Saturday the 23rd of November. I went through the car wash and my truck came out looking worse than when I arrived. They run you through the tunnel so fast the soap doesn't have time to do what it is supposed to. I looked at everyone else cars and same thing. What a disgrace on quick quack. read more

I'm so incredibly pleased! Somehow I mistakenly signed up for the unlimited membership and didn't notice for about three months. I will go once in a while but never sign up for the membership. When I called customer customer service, Damien the representative was so incredibly understanding and helpful and because I hadn't used it all that time he refunded the past months I didn't use and canceled my membership with no issue! I have nothing against the membership, they always do such a great job of washing my car when I'm there and the self vacuums are incredibly helpful! It's just not something that I'm looking to pay for right now. 10/10 recommend this car wash and if you're looking for a good deal on an unlimited membership, it's definitely worth it because they do a great job and cancellation is so incredibly easy! This location is the cleanest and most well stocked that I've visited. The staff is friendly and helpful and not pushy. Even though it's not the closest to my house, I'd return here every time. Went to quick quack on Wednesday got a car wash noticed yesterday that there was a hole in my mirror went over to talk to the manager at the location today her name is Casper and was told that I could not file an incident report because I left the property within 30 minutes of the car wash. I called the Utah office and was told that was not the case to go back and file an incident report at the location, and they will review it so I went back and spoke with Casper filled out the incident report and she told me there are signs posted stating that if your car is over five years, your claim will be denied I'm just waiting for my claim to re-reviewed but it doesn't matter. I'll never go there again. I have heard so many horror stories about this place and I should not have have gone Anywhere the manager is very unprofessional. She has no experience in Customer service at all. I've seen so many reviews on Better Business Bureau. I will file a claim with a Better Business Bureau as well, and I may take them to court. read more

Great car wash very fast and leaves your car clean and shiny! The vacuums are amazing and easy to use without turning off or putting coins in the machine. Friendly staff and very helpful we recently got the membership and this way we just stop for a quick wash before heading out and it's perfect with our on the go life. I'll start off by saying that I only went to Quick Quack because of the free $20 car wash coupon and proximity to my house. Got the mailer for the free car wash, their top wash and decided to give it a try. Having never been to a Quick Quack, I thought I would try someplace new. I am a regular at Car Spa on FM 1960 and Eldridge and normally get their $21 car wash so I figured it would be on par with what I am used to getting in the paid $20 range. First off, this is a self-driven stay-in-your-car car wash. You put your car in neutral and let the wheel guidance system pull you through it. They have 3 levels of wash, ranging from $8 to $20 and each comes with a varying degree of soaps and sealants. The time it takes to go through the car wash is about 30 secs and at the end, you are directed to put the car in drive and go. At this time you can either use their free vacuums or simply leave the property. When I exited, on a very sunny day after a day of rain, also on a Saturday, every single vacuum was taken and there were waiting cars lined up to slip into a vacuum bay once they were free. I chose to simply leave the property and not wait. This is the reason for the 2 stars, the exterior was nice and clean, but for roughly the same price, at Car Spa, you get the same wash, an interior cleaning with vacuuming and a scent of your choice all done by the attendants all while you get to hang out inside where you can have free coffee. Honestly, their top tier wash shouldn't be more than $12 if that's all you get. read more
