The times I've been here, even when there is a long line of cars, it has only taken about 10 minutes tops to get my car in and out of the machine. The organization of the staff is such that every car gets serviced quickly. Some vehicles, like my jeep, need blue tape on the back to protect the back-window wiper. The staff here don't delay the line by putting on the tape. When there is a line, everyone spreads out and your vehicle usually gets tape before you even reach the wash area.
