From start to finish, he was helpful, professional, and communicative. I found his company on Yelp, and filled out a form on his website. He arrived right on time for our appointment, and was in and out in less than 90 minutes, going above and beyond to fix our carpet situation! We can't recommend Christian enough - and will definitely keep his contact on file for any cleaning or repairs that pop up in the future. Thank you so much for saving our carpet, Christian!

I had some visible mold in 2 areas, one in a bathroom, and one in a bedroom ceiling. The bathroom…read moremold was coming from a ceiling air vent. The bedroom ceiling was from an old and repaired roof leak. I first had an estimate from a company that sent a salesperson out to sell me a humongous headache, a large bill, potential and warning of a much larger bill. The plan was to UNNECESSARILY cut out drywall ceilings, leaving those to be repaired by someone else I would have to search for. That other business thankfully raised huge red flags, and I knew I needed a second opinion. I called Time Maintenance, the owner, Mark came out right away and was not there to sell me a ridiculous amount of trouble, home damage and endless weeks of unnecessary hassle, mess and headache. The areas simply needed cleaning and cosmetic repair. I could do this job myself if I chose. Time Maintenance is honest, and not in business to scam and rip your home apart needlessly. I will definitely go straight to Time Maintenance when I run into other repair and restoration issues involving water, mold, and other issues that they deal with. Thank you Mark and Time Maintenance, you saved my home from a long, messy, expensive nightmare!

Paul is friendly, very responsive, responsible, professional, and treated my home as if it was his own. His finish work is better than the work my builder had done! They arrived when they said they would (I'm very big on punctuality) , were very thorough with their work, knowledgeable , and professional. Joe was very understanding and took his time when explaining the process and answered every question I had (despite me asking numerous questions over and over). He was very honest and I do not feel as though he talked me into doing extra things that were not needed / made me spend extra money for no reason (unlike a lot of other companies out there). I would 100% recommend them and the services they offer, as they are a top notch first class company and it was an absolute pleasure working with them!! Thank you for everything!!

No big deal you'd think, but they insisted on a structural engineer to come in and verify the roof structure. Seems odd for just replacing the drywall. They rejected the repair unless I had the structural verification. They insulted my intelligence with this because that is what I do for a living, but the documentation is horrendous. It would cost as much as the repair. I recommend you not use these people as the additional cost on their excuses to not do the work will multiply your expense. (ie. this was not covered by insurance)

Do you live in an apartment and your carpet needs revitalizing? Look no further than Ron's!…read more Ron's did a wonderful, thorough job getting my rug cleaned. They pre-treat any stains, wash, then rake the carpet to remove any stray fibers. My floor looks like it is brand new, even the high traffic areas. They were able remove paint, nail polish, and oil spots. The whole process took about 90 minutes and cost $65. Tips if you're a first-timer for hiring a carpet cleaner: - Move all loose furniture into a non-carpeted area, preferably the kitchen. - Don't crowd furniture in the bathroom. The serviceman will need to use your tub to fill a bucket. - Vacuum your carpet prior to the serviceman's arrival. Vacuum it again once the carpet is dry. The cleaning brings all the dirt to the top. - Carpet stays wet for about 2 hours. Turn on fans and air conditioning to speed up the process. - The busiest time of the year for carpet cleaners is Christmas and New Years. I prefer to get the service in the spring.
