They always have some good clearance racks in stock and they always give military discounts which is helpful. Mu first bike came from Sun & Ski, a mountain bike, they offer free labor when you buy your bike there, I believe they still do, it's worth asking about it. The service area is so helpful when I need help with the aging bike. A few times I've brought parts in for some simple help and they didn't even charge me for it. They even helped me find a place online to find parts that they don't carry. They do cycle their stock based on the seasons, ski items do show up in this store, but it's limited and distinct to the winter time. It's a good store and has some good staff.

He was so patient with my wife as she looked at a few bikes and tested an E Bike outside. They have some higher end Pinarello bikes as well as some other brands. Very nice and super light carbon fiber frames, sadly it was not testable since the components are electronic, and they were not charged when we were in there. The store is in an older location and the parking lot and test ride area is small, but the store is well kept inside and looks good. It has a full ship for repairs, adjustments, and additions. Beyond being a genuinely great guy, he is insanely knowledgeable about bikes. He shared that it's been his passion since he was a young kid, and it absolutely shows in his work. He serviced two of our bikes (an ElliptiGO 8c and a Schwinn Sivica comfort cruiser) in less than an hour. Working right out of his BikeMedics van, he swapped out the brakes, lubricated the gears, and even washed them both down so they looked as good as new! He got everything done perfectly on the spot. But the absolute best part was that he actually took the time to show us how to properly operate the bikes. He shared some great tips and tricks, and even taught us how to fix small things ourselves in case they ever break. Nate is officially our forever bike guy. Do yourself a favor and skip the big box stores: you'll get way better service, learn a lot, and possibly even save some money by going with BikeMedics. I really appreciated the convenience of his mobile setup and his top-tier service. If you need bike repairs in Dallas, look no further. Highly recommend!

The cashier made no effort to resolve it and insisted my only option was giving an email -- forcing personal information on customers is outrageous. I find it very unlikely that both registers truly had no paper. If you can't provide proof of purchase, maybe you should close the store instead of selling merchandise and refusing to refund. I have tried contacting the store multiple times with no response. Rally House, needs to put more focus on valuing their customers instead of focusing on email captures!
