There's a nice, small area with chairs on the other side of a windowed wall where parents and friends can sit and observe. The children's class we saw was about an hour long. They also offer teen and adult classes, too. We saw a classmate achieve another belt level -- and what he went through. It gave us an idea of what our grandson had to do to achieve his various colored belts and stripes. It was so nice to see the discipline of everyone; the respect given to the teachers. And the range of ages in the class. As others have said, these classes are not only for discipline and strength training, but also for building confidence. The professionalism and caring of the staff is so very apparent.

The students are well disciplined and respectful to the facility and each other. This evening's exercises were abbreviated due to one student's graduation session and moving up one belt. The owner Eddie has revamped this program since he purchased the dojo a few years ago and has turned it into a staple for our community. The owners, staff and members fraternize and fan-girl over their very public political ideology and create an unwelcoming and dark environment for members. I attended this gym for 6 months; I was stalked and hounded by staff, members and ownership. I believe they saw me as someone "who appeared" to be on the opposite aisle of political ideology and did not favor it. Very disappointing any business owner would behave in such a irresponsible manner. Had everyone kept to themselves and not acted like wild animals I would have given the gym a positive review. Not the case. People should realize most Normal folk only go to the gym to workout and not to fraternize. Leave your members alone and you will do well in business. I would not recommend this place as a permanent gym solution to anyone.
