We are lucky to have found this gym after our previous gym shut down abruptly. Our entire (kids competition) team was hoping to stay together and we bombarded Daniel with phone calls and private messages. Gym was not yet open and he was already taking time to be available for us and answer all questions. We couldn't be happier with our choice to join the Gracie family. Their jiu-jitsu is superior. Instructors and senior students are the real deal. Classes offered several times a day, mostly every day. Kids are made to feel welcome from their first time they step on the mats. Coach Daniel is one of the best Jiu-jitsu instructors I've ever had! If it weren't for him I wouldn't have the confidence I do today. I have a difficult time learning, and he was able to explain the techniques in a way that I could understand. He truly cares about his students and takes the time to help them. We decided to take advantage of the free week and my daughter loves it. She is 6 and not very confident. Her attitude has changed quit a bit in just a week. She was in dance for a year and always asked if she didn't have to go. She begged me to go to Gracie every day. I will have to work some extra uber shifts to pay for it but she is really happy and I've never seen her try so hard. We will definitely be coming back! read more

When Gracies opened their door in October My son was able to continue his training close to our house. Owners Daniel and Jess have helped to make my child feel welcome, and created a home for him to continue his training. My daughter has been here since they opened in October, and I took my first ever class here tonight. I cannot stress the caliber of training as Gracie Spring Hill. Daniel and is staff are known throughout the Tampa Bay Area for either their MMA, BJJ, Muay Thai, and wrestling. I just joined not long ago and am completely new to the sport, the students and coaches here are very welcoming and do an awesome job at helping you learn as you go. Great for beginners and more advanced people. They offer great membership prices also!
