I would never have thought I could get that number. I was absolutely blown away. Jon Westrom, the owner, even met me on a Sunday to walk through the property and talk strategy. That level of dedication is rare. His entire team works with real fire, fast, motivated, and incredibly effective. They communicate clearly, take action immediately, and truly go above and beyond. I'm beyond impressed and extremely grateful. If you're looking for the best property management company in DFW, Westrom Group is it. Highly, highly recommend.

The back spicket is broken and you can't connect a hose to it plus it's coming out of the siding. My fence is rotting to death. We don't use the pool anymore because adults aren't allowed to have fun. Ridiculous. I'm not talking be inappropriate. We should be able to bring a noodle? As a renter I pay for all of this. We pay over $2200 a month for 1600 square feet and that includes the garage. They care more about the land lord than the tenants. When the lease is up we are out. I recommend everyone do research before you rent. Rent is always negotiatable if you're dealing with honest people! I will not attack anyone 1 person. I feel that both renter and landlord should be happy not just 1 sided. Jon I have discussed these problems with you months ago and I texted you today around 11:50am and it's 5:00pm. You are the one who made the rules and said that the privacy fence is a privilege and your office says it too. In fact you have it in your hand book. You haven't solved any problems for me to write a good review. I told you I would not put a good review in until I see changes. No changes on your end at all. Don't come on here and lie. I respect honest people. You aren't being honest. This relationship will end on the last date of the lease and I will take care of everything you need from me to get out of here. I will end with that. Anything you say after this I will come back with facts. Let's leave it alone and just make it to next August. We are not breaking rules and taking care of the property with love and care. So I should have no problem getting my deposit back when we move! I already handed over my documents to a professional. SOMEONE STOLE ALL 4 TIRES FROM OUR CAR IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT!!!!!…read moreThe regional manager, Malissa Minucci, (who was VERY rude and unprofessional) said herself "the gates are a false sense of security" (LIKE WHAT?!) and "that they will always leave them open" However when we first moved in in 2023 they told us they keep the gates shut and its a gated community (Apparently that isnt the case anymore) Cant even talk to the general manager Cory Settles about this issue because "hes to busy" and everytime ive emailed him for other issues i get NO response. Management is RUDE and can never seem to help because all important issues go through cory who I CANT GET AHOLD OF. The lack of empathy from management after THOUSANDS OF DOLLARS OF DAMAGE is honestly ridiculous, it seems like they have no desire to help or make it right in any sort of way. Which is very disappointing and frustrating especially as a tenant who has lived here for 2 years. Not to mention the actual apartment. When we first moved in, there is paint splatters all over the floor and appliances and painted over baseboards and shelves before dusting so there is hair and dust permanently on all surfaces due to the painter's negligence. The garbage disposal wasnt even hooked up so we couldnt use the kitchen sink. One of the outlets makes a buzzing noise and after putting in a work order they said everything was fine (its not it still buzzes REALLY LOUD). The paint is literally chipping on the outside of the front door. And the seal for the door has been replaced but wasn't installed properly so it's coming off and the bugs can get in. Living on the first floor is nice but when landscaping comes through with the leaf blower they blow all of it onto our porch and furniture. The metal cap on the handle to the shower has been missing since we moved in and they never came to put it on after saying they would. The pool is closed all the time for maintenance and sometimes they dont even tell you. The gym is very lackluster and run down. The lookout is the only nice thing on property but they dont keep propane in the grills and fire place so we never been able to actually use them. Overall, this apartment gave us false advertising across the board. Even other tenants we talk to have had these problems and feel like they were lied to as well. I HIGHLY recommend you find another apartment, in an other area, Cityview is just going downhill and theres more and more crime.

Since the unit was under renovation when I signed my lease, I toured a similar one and was impressed -- so I signed, with a move-in date of April 1, 2025. When I picked up my keys and opened the garage, I saw leftover carpet debris -- no biggie, I was still excited. That changed the moment I opened the front door. The place was clearly not ready for move-in. Dirt and dust everywhere, old water stains on the flooring, chipped paint in the kitchen, and walls that had been halfway repaired -- especially in the master bedroom. Even worse, the washer and dryer promised in my lease were missing. I immediately reported it to the office, who claimed they weren't aware and asked for photos. They said it would be taken care of. Then, on April 4, I got an email saying housekeeping and painters couldn't access the unit because the deadbolt was locked. I made a special trip out the same day to unlock it. I checked again on April 8. Still no cleaning. No painting. No washer/dryer. Nothing. I called again and asked if there'd be any concession or resolution for the delay -- especially since the unit should've been ready by April 1. I was told no, because the deadbolt was on (which it wasn't prior to when I moved in). The unit is still not ready, and I haven't been able to move in. The whole experience has been frustrating, stressful, and honestly very disappointing. I expected more from a property like Mirador.

I was never able to meet a…read moreperson face to face and when I had an issue with a garage door opener they directed me to a drop box in Dallas. This is a team of work-from-home people spread throughout the metroplex. Their people will never actually step foot in your home. Only their subcontracted local vendors. They don't communicate or screen tenants. They allowed tenants to move into my property without paying a security deposit! Those tenants stopped paying rent, had to be evicted, and they trashed the house. I was under contract for 12 months, my property was occupied for 7 and I received rent for 4.5. They hired vendors to clean up, including a deep clean. My property sat unoccupied and full of crap (literally, dog crap) for a month before the vendors came. And they didn't clean. I sent pictures and videos detailing the incomplete work (large spots of washable paint that I could wipe up with water, animal fur and lint stuck to baseboards, cabinet faces splattered with food, etc) and asked that the invoice not be paid until the vendor came back. They paid the vendor anyway and said the vendor told them there had been "stains". So I ended the contract and had to do the work myself anyway. I lost a ton of money using this company.

One for billing, one for repairs, one for leasing, one for customer service etc.... You speak to a new person every time and they are hourly employees based out of another country. Yes, their door fee is great. $109/mo but they bring a new meaning to the word cheap. This is the biggest JOKE of a company. I promise you with all of my heart and soul..... DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. This company is temu property management. They lock you into a contract because and once you're locked in... you're stuck with the incompetence. There are no amount of words to describe my disgust with the employees, management and owners of this company. I have had to speak to every layer of this company to get things done. I do have ONE positive thing to say about this company..... You dont HAVE to sign with them. That is all.
