The quality and experience here is just dreadful. Especially for people that can't figure out how to navigate their ridiculous process. There are never appointments for 3 days and then they yell at you to make an appointment when you can finally find someone go talk to They are rude. Tried to get my lab done and made sure that my doctor sent the order to this location. I did fasting for nothing. Made an appointment a week prior, showed up and they say no order from doctor. They tried check their fax but seemed like they had problems to do it. I was kind enough to offer them that I could run to the doctor office and get the physical order. Got the order came back and the same person told me that I have to wait for another two hours, they basically put my as a walk in. I tried to explain that i came to the appointment but they weren't able to open the order. Instead they say there's not they can do about it. I just learned that this had happened to my parents and my sister, as well. read more

Had to come here on Friday and again on today and I absolutely love the modern check in system that Quest has. The kiosk is user friendly. I noticed a lot of customers disliked it or struggled with it so this location could probably use a customer service representative so that the nurses and technicians aren't getting stopped and bombarded with questions every time they call someone back. But I personally really like how easy it was and that I didn't have to interact with anyone until I got called back. Both of the phlebotomists that helped me in my visits were extremely professional and quick. Quick and painless! I would come here again and recommend it to others. read more

I was anxious for the blood draw, but they were sensitive to that and reassured me that it would be quick & easy . . . it was! Originally had been scheduled at Quest Diagnostics in Sacramento (Auburn Blvd) for a pre-employment drug screen, but the Woodland location was listed as an alternative collection site within the network and was more convenient of a drive. Glad I found out on Yelp that drug screen hours are only between 12:30 and 3:00PM or something like that, even though clinic hours for other things like blood tests are 7:00AM-4:00PM. I made my appointment at 1:00PM and no one else was there waiting. They have an iPad setup where you check in, then someone at the desk/window counter will take your paperwork and check ID and confirm in the computer system. Again, there was no one else at the time, but on the TV screen in the teeny waiting area, your name and appointment time appear in the right corner with estimated wait times if there was a queue. The urinalysis itself was pretty quick, signed a few forms, samples sent to an external lab; however, the results took the longer of 1-3 days to come back. There were several people waiting when I left my appointment, so it's hit or miss. Easy to find in the same complex as Bel Air supermarket, plenty of parking. read more

Patient Care Complaint Quest Diagnostics Woodland: Technician Errors and Negligence  On12/12/22, my primary care physician submitted an electronic order toQuest Diagnostics for me to provide blood and stool samples immediately. That same day, I checked into Quest Diagnostics Woodland (at 1837 Gibson Street,Suite C, Woodland, CA 95776) as a walk-in patient (at approximately 2:30/2:45p.m.) in order to fulfill this request from my doctor. The Quest technician who handled my case failed and was negligent in three areas:  1.    She failed to provide the adequate number of stool sample vials. She provided only one (1) black vile, and one (1) orange vile when she should have provided: three(3) black vials, as well as two (2) more green vials for stool. 2.    She failed to provide a collection kit for the stool. 3.    She failed to draw my blood.  These errors and negligence were brought to my attention on 12/13/22 at 7:15 a.m. when I returned to Quest as a walk-in patient to drop off my stool samples. At that time, the technician, informed me that I did not have the correct number of vials for stool collection, nor did I have my blood drawn as my doctor had requested the prior day. Sochi provided more vials for me today and drew my blood, but said that she could not accept the black vial of stool until I returned with all of the stool samples at the same time.  This has obviously resulted in at a least a 24-hour delay in proper patient care, as well as inconvenience and fatigue for a patient who is already not feeling well. The fact that there is no supervisor on site at this location is quite evident.   It is my hope that this failure and negligence on the part of Quest Diagnostics will be addressed in a timely and proper manner. I would appreciate being informed of what will be done in order to address these errors and negligence in patient care in order to ensure that they do not happen to future patients of QuestDiagnostics. read more

Called to find out if they offered a specific lab test I needed. Listened to several minutes of public announcements, then several more minutes of options to 'get you to the right person'. Chose 'speak to someone' vs more Bot talk. Finally got connected to customer service, only to get message that no one was available to answer the phone and 'leave a message and we'll return your call', followed by ' sorry. The mailbox is full' . CLICK. At 9am?? all this took over 5 minutes. Very unimpressive customer service. read more

My 18 month old needed a blood draw. He has had blood drawn many times do to allergies. I saw Leonard "Lenny" her at Quest on Gibson/Pioneer in Woodland, CA. Lenny was SO GOOD! He was very patient with a scared, crying, screaming baby. He took his time and got the blood flowing with ONE SMOOTH POKE! Lenny is literally the best. I can't say enough good things about him. When I arrive for my scheduled appointment, I get put off for some unknown reason and either have to wait well past my appointment time or else leave. I cannot wait as long as they seem an appropriate time. If they are that busy, hire a receptionist and more staff. read more

I scheduled my appt the night b/f & was called to the back on time. Both the gal at the front desk as well as the phlebotomist who took my blood were very pleasant, professional & on point. The phlebotomist was excellent. I have a standing order & have to have my blood drawn monthly. I've had some horrible phlebotomist over the last 5+yrs who found it difficult to locate a good vein to draw frm & have bruised me badly. The phlebotomist today found it quickly & it was painless. I agree with other reviews that they lock during open hours on door. A family showed up at 11:27 and they just looked in at us confused. When working in other professions we had to stay until time posted on the door and we definitely were not allowed to lock customers in. Is that a fire hazard? I don't know. I want to go on lunch as much as the next guy and I feel an employee should absolutely be allowed lunch. But something doesn't sit right with how many other people have said they weren't open at scheduled times and how they lock us in and have to let us out. :/ perhaps alternating lunches and overlapping by 30 minutes so each employee can relax and enjoy themselves without putting patients last? read more

Scheduled a pre employment drug test and went to take it but when I showed up was told they don't start drug testing until 12:30 no mention during scheduling or on the door or anything. Not pleased at all that I had to waste my time twice to drop off a sample and to top it all off there is only one person worker my in this small location so everything takes forever. read more

Set up an appointment at 3:00pm showed up at 2:50 told that I wasn't able to get my urine test because they had to be done by 3 pm but allowed an appointment specifically for a urine test at 3:00pm does not make sense unorganized do not recommend!! Coming in for a drug screening test, they only do it from 12-3pm. I come in at 2pm and they're on break for an hour. So if you're lucky, you can reach them in the 2 hour window they're actually operating. read more
