I called multiple times for pre-operative instructions and was told that they would call me the day before the procedure to go over that. Turned out I needed to stop talking a medication three days before, according to their anesthetist, despite having multiple procedures this year at Scott & White in College Station, without any mention of this need. Today I arrived for my appointment and because they've stopped taking cash, they told me to call the business office to get a same day financial waiver so that I could pay the copay once I deposited my cash. The business office told me they couldn't help me unless the appointment was made the same day. It took ten minutes to get a person on the phone, and then they hung up on me, so I had to call again. By the time I got to the person who was supposed to be able to help, it was my appointment time. So I scrambled to try to get someone to send me the money to pay electronically, but it was too late. I've waited three months for this specialist visit, and driven two hours to get here. Plus, I have insurance, which they were charging my insurance company over $300 for the visit. So they would rather have an empty appointment slot and receive $0 than make an accommodation and get me in to see the doctor. Save yourself the added stress and raised blood pressure and just go to Houston. The doctors are better and the office staff actually act like they care just a little bit.

Having a blood test has been my mom's fear for years. She has a great nurse that does a great job at drawing blood so when she came here to visit and it was time to do another test for her doctor to see results, she got very nervous again. However, Jessica did everything painlessly in less than 2 minutes, which was incredible. The process of making an appointment and getting the result is very seamless. They allow walk-ins but making an appointment is highly encourage. My mom booked 8am appointment, took care of the payment, and got out no later than 8:15am. I was told the result would be available around 12-1pm the next day, but it was already emailed to me before 8am the next day. You can stop by to get the hard copy if you'd like. The office is warm and cozy. Overall I'm so happy that my mom had a very good experience here with Jessica. Thank you, Jessica, for your amazing skill and making my mom comfortable!

You get in and out quickly and it's painless on my easily overstimulated brain, my veins, and arm. The friendly staff that checks you in is the cherry on top. They always are friendly and smiling. Although they close earlier than other CPL locations, I prefer to come here for the reasons noted in the review and because other locations have lost my tubes, took the wrong labs, and just were unhappy to be working. I love when offices aren't dead silent- that music definitely made the experience better. We had to have an incredible amount of blood work done. Tiffany had everything ready and organized, she found the vein quicker than anybody else we've experienced before. She was super quick, organized, effective, and made great conversation! Tiffany was also training another employee during the process but it didn't slow her down or cause any impediment. The center was clean, ambiance was very inviting, and the whole place ran like a very well oiled machine.
