I always schedule the earliest available appointment for my mom since she has to fast in the morning. We've been coming to this location for a few years now, and today we were both so impressed with the nurse who helped us. Monica was absolutely amazing--so sweet and caring. Most importantly, she didn't hurt my mom during the blood draw, which has been an issue in past appointments. We're incredibly grateful for Monica's kindness and gentle touch. Not Senior friendly..Used too be easy. Before My Dr. would schedule Me and I would show up ..Check in and in no time I would be done. Now I am too schedule Myself by having to jump hurdles..dive through rings of fire and in the end I get no where. I have medication I will not recieve because I can't get in to have My blood work done. I will do research and find another outlet for blood work. read more

They no longer do employer urine drug screening collections here, so don't waste your time. I checked in on their tablet and put that I needed a drug test. It took 40 mins for someone to inform me that they no longer do it at this location and that there was a sign up saying so. It was the smallest sign that no one would even think about going up to and reading. Why make it an option when checking in, then? Super annoying and waste of my time. Update on my last review that was absolutely horrific. After the awful girl who drew my daughters blood was so rude and treated my daughter as an inconvenience- the bloodwork never even ended up where it needed to go!!!! So we just had an appointment where our provider said she never received the lab work!!! What?!?!!?!? This place is awful! Never go there! read more

Came here two days in a row as I didn't get decent instructions from a school mandated drug screen. On both days, I was greeted by a heavy-set, Caucasian brunette lady in her late 40's. She presents as someone who is either indifferent or just burnt out from her job. I was very taken aback as I'm a Kaiser patient and I never had that kind of unkind customer service from there. Brand new location! Nice and clean compared to the old facility which is now an urgent care. This Quest branch is also much more organized and efficient. Professional staff. They answered all my questions! I didn't have an appointment scheduled. There were only two patients "in line" before me and I was in and out in less than 30 minutes. They also have a new system where you can view your lab results online as long as you register on the Quest site. Ahh technology! read more

My doctor faxed this location the day before, and I came at 7 am for my test since I couldn't eat for 12 hours and no appointments are available. I asked if they had gotten my lab order and they said no. So I had to wait until 8 to call my doctor's office and get it faxed again. I went back and they still said they hadn't gotten it. Then I said my doctor wanted to receive a call from the lab. So she looked at the fax machine and found both faxes under a bunch of others. By then it was 8:30 and she said I had to be "standby" and there were 8 people in the waiting room and the appointments start at 9. I will never go back to that location given my experience there. I definitely felt like they could care less about helping me. read more

I made an appointment three days prior at 7:40 I got there at 7:30 there was this elderly lady using the touch screen so I looked around for another which was in front of the counter however there was this man standing in front of the screen and wouldn't move I then said excuse me I need to sign in he moved I signed in informed the woman behind the counter that my appointment wasn't coming up she in a very unprofessional manner answered that I missed it and I would have to make another appointment. I was so mad but I kept my cool left before telling her that one screen was taken; by the way the lady was still signing in and the other a gentleman was blocking it. Didn't explain that doctor hadn't coded properly. Now, I have past due bill I have to appeal and can't get my annual physical. Could have resolved at the outset if they had spoken up. They make you sign that they can bill for anything they want. And no, they cannot. They have a contact with Medicare this flirts with violating. Quest in general are crooked. Local offices have teaching issues. Corporate is bloodthirsty literally and figuratively. Also: the site pulled up all my information online to schedule the appointment before telling me they can't do it for a past due balance. That's very shady and wasted an hour of my day when they could have not scheduled. Not my fault doctor miscoded. It's not on the bill. You gave me nothing to question. Worthless bill. Medicare 80-20. You can have 20% of allowable after appeal. All of the tests were warranted based on medical conditions. Worthless bums squeezing money from regular people. More obstruction of medical care. Interestingly enough, this was the first time I was turned away because the phlebotomist couldn't read my doctors hand writing. I was able to read it perfectly fine. I told her I would just go to another location and she just gave me my paper and so I left. If you're familiar with inputting lab orders, it should have not been this much of a problem. read more

Super sweet workers! I came in with my sister and the tech who helped was Regina and she was really nice and patient! My sister felt a bit unwell and she came out to get me just to inform me to make sure she's okay. She noticed my sister was nervous so she kept engaging with her to keep her mind off of the blood.
