Waiting area is sufficient for mobility devices such as wheelchairs , walkers, canes and more. Blood draw area can be a tight squeeze for wheelchairs but the phlebotomists rearrange things to make access. With a scheduled appointment, an experience at Quest has the potential to be optimum. Oh, have insurance card or payment ready at the time of appointment or optionally, input health insurance information under the profile section in the MyQuest system when scheduling appointment. It's crazy busy and the kiosk told me to come back 4 1/2 hours later. OK, no problem. But I was feeling a little concerned so I tried to call the customer service line to make sure they can take my paperwork. Still no human to talk to. Only an AI assistant who can make or break an appointment for you. They cannot answer any questions. So I go back at the time it told me to, wait in the waiting area for 20 minutes. They call me back and the attendant was very nice, but she had never seen the type of paperwork I had for the preemployment drug screening. So long story short, they could not do my test and I spent most of the business day trying to figure it out. They were nice and they did give me a list of labs that might possibly do it. I would return to this business, it seems like they do a lot of lab tests that are reasonably priced that you can pay for independently. Stuff that your doctor might give you a hard time about like hormone, testing, etc. But don't come here with a preemployment drug screening.

A little misleading by saying to prepare for a normal nighttime routine, because I was told I couldn't wear my AirPods or watch tv on my phone longer than 20-30min. It didn't feel like I could get comfortable how I normally do at home, but I understand. I was also asked to remove my nose ring and septum, which was not communicated on any of my phone calls. Just a thought to potentially include in preparation conversations since there is a list for prep and hygiene.

Keep in mind, it was their fault in the first place for not knowing how to code an insurance claim form. Hung up on me when I requested a written history showing what was billed, paid and denied so I could determine if I really owed the dollars.

They have the ability to put photos in 4D and add color to make the photo as close as possible to the baby & to make each detail of the baby very visible. At only $75 for about 10-15min the ultra sound tech will do her best to capture the best photo. Rest assured that if they are unable to get a good photo at your initial session, they allow you to come back for a second session to try again. I felt safe during the ultrasound, the machine is very similar if not the same as what they use at the hospital. The ultrasound room is large enough so that you can bring family and or friends. I would recommend Baby Connection for those pre-baby photos.

Unacceptable 15-Minute Notice Cancellation…read more I arrived at 7:00 AM for a scheduled 7:30 AM fasting blood draw. There was zero physical signage on the door indicating the Quest lab was closed for building maintenance. I only received a digital cancellation notice at 7:15 AM. Furthermore, this happened on a Monday morning. There is no excuse for corporate management not to notify patients over the weekend that scheduled building maintenance would close the lab. Because this building offers a 20-minute parking grace period, a simple sign on the front door would have allowed patients to immediately turn around and exit the parking lot for free. By leaving no physical notice, waiting patients were forced to exceed that 20-minute window and pay for parking at a closed facility. A last-minute cancellation like this is completely unacceptable for patients who are actively fasting or relying on strict medical transport and family schedules. Leaving patients stranded outside with no physical sign on the door is incredibly poor management.

The facility was clean and well-organized, the music created a relaxing atmosphere, and the staff was welcoming and professional. Everyone was very respectful of our privacy while we changed and during the scan process. Since MRI machines can be quite loud, they provided earplugs along with headphones playing jazz music, which made the experience much more comfortable. After the scans were complete, we waited briefly to receive CD copies of our images. As a sweet extra touch, they gave me a rose and my husband a fun chapstick--small gestures that made the visit feel even more thoughtful. Overall, the process was smooth, comfortable, and efficient.
