I also told the girl behind the counter I had an appointment, which got me a dirty look! They preceded to take all the walk ins in front of me even though it was past my appointment time. I am not sure what is the purpose of an appointment is if walk ins are taken before a scheduled appointment? After 20 minutes they called me up after taking all the walk ins. When I got in the lab room everything went fine with the blood withdrawals and the girl seemed sweet. I told her I didn't think I needed one of the blood test because I don't think my insurance would cover it. And She said she couldn't just cross things off but then she wound up not taking the blood for that test and not even letting me know .... the other girl that works there is really weird too. I'm pregnant and she kept telling me how she wants to get pregnant but thinks she can't because she got the corona vaccine.... I've had the vaccine, so it's not that ... I don't know it just made me feel extremely uncomfortable. I would never go to this location ever again. Gave me the creeps and the girl missed my vein the first time meanwhile I had gotten blood work the day before at another place, and I even sharpie my arm to let them know where I wanted to go for the blood because I'm a difficult stick but they would not go in the spot I want them to go its it's my body after all! April 21, 2026, I got to the office to be very rudely blown-off by the curly haired brunette. She informed me that there are other offices i can go too, and from now on I will no-longer use what could have been a convenient office. I informed her that maybe LABCORP should have real world hours. There are many doctor's offices around here. Instead of being convenient, and being able to go right to this Lab, seens we would have to make another trip to schedule an early visit. I don't have the time or gas money to make "ANOTHER SPECIAL TRIP." My time & gas money matters to me. Within moments, she was able to draw the blood and they left as very happy customers after having been unsuccessful when they went to their doctor's office. When it was my turn, it was business as usual, virtually pain-free, and an easy blood draw.
