Very nice technician. But the environment leaves a lot to be desired. You sit in a tiny box, which…read moreis located in a tiny waiting room. Everyone can hear your supposedly HIPPA safe information being exchanged because the tiny box is made of plastic. You urinate in a cup and place it on the tiny sink in the tiny box/office. You walk through an urgent care that is decorated circa 1970's and smells like it. Never going here again.

If I could give zero stars I would. I am absolutely livid with the experience I had with my 11…read moremonth old. We had to have routine bloodwork done so I scheduled an appointment here for pediatric blood draw. I brought my first here two years ago and we were in and out within 5 minutes. No poking around her arm, no crying. Nothing. I brought my second here yesterday and I will NEVER come back again. First, she couldn't find a vein. I watched her try and get one to come up but there was nothing there. I saw her grab the needle and I said you see one? Because I definitely didn't. She says yes then grabs my babies arm. Baby started to cry before the needle went in then she literally stabs my baby in the arm WITHOUT finding a vein. She then lifts the needle up in her arm and I said are you supposed to do that? Then she proceeds to move the needle from side to side like she was fishing for a vein. I said stop! We're done here. Made her remove the needle and stood up to get the hell out of there. She puts on a bandaid and gives me my insurance card and script. I am extremely angry, upset and sickened that I had to subject my baby to that horrible experience when we couldn't even give any blood. Our pediatrician said if they have to poke more than once then they don't know what they're doing and leave immediately. That's exactly what I did and we will never be back. This place is not equipped for children like it used to be.

Always helpful. They also are skilled in nearly painless blood draws. I thoroughly appreciate that…read more thanks!

A part of me feels terrible because the girls at the front desk were great and the first girl who brought me into my exam room was very sweet. They were great on the phone and took me in same day, but then the entire experience went downhill when the doctors came to asses my issue. I went in for ear pain. I explained my symptoms and told them, "I'm sure it's just a pimple in my ear, but I'd like to be safe and make sure." They check my ear and left to grab another doctor to get a second opinion. I hear them directly outside the door mocking me and calling me over dramatic. That I am "psyching myself out" and it's "just a little pimple" and they begin laughing to each other. I thought I must be hearing this incorrectly and being sensitive, but the laughing and mumbling that I'm pretty much making up my symptoms made me feel so beyond uncomfortable. I've never in my life felt so embarrassed and humiliated. These are healthcare professionals. I am simply coming in to make sure I am in good health. They then blame "anxiety" and completely write me off. It was a male doctor with blue eyes and blonde hair along with a short girl with long dark hair. I unfortunately do not remember their names. I always hated and felt uncomfortable in doctor's offices, and this experience will now worsen my outlook on the subject.
