I had labs and results from probably 6 months to a year ago from them. Actually I suppose this is where my doctor sent my blood work. Anyhow, I get a bill today dated 2 weeks ago. I call to pay the bill, and they can't even find my account. Apparently my statement number on the bill isn't correct. So i'll have to take more time for them to figure it out just to pay a tiny bill that my insurance didn't cover.
