I was told the wait time would be 17 minutes. Great! At 8:20 I asked about the expected wait time and my wait was "10 more minutes". Ten minutes later I checked again aaaaand I was once again told the wait would be 10 more minutes. I was finally taken at approximately 9 AM. The final straw for me on this location was a very elderly, frail patient must have taken awhile to get back in after his name was called (you are told to wait in your car due to COVID). He was told he lost his spot and had to go to the back of the list. That is completely unacceptable- which keep in mind is over 2 hours long. Any decent human wouldn't do that to someone else. They would take him and understand he couldn't run in immediately when his phone is texted to come inside. I'll never give this place my business and highly recommend you do not either.

He checked my ankle himself and sent me for precautionary additional testing just in case. They called and got me in immediately. The two women that worked there, the receptionist/XRay Tech and Asst. were also professional, kind and helpful. Dr. Kim called me soon after the tests to review the results with me. It was an excellent experience and I would recommend them to everyone I know.

A part of me feels terrible because the girls at the front desk were great and the first girl who brought me into my exam room was very sweet. They were great on the phone and took me in same day, but then the entire experience went downhill when the doctors came to asses my issue. I went in for ear pain. I explained my symptoms and told them, "I'm sure it's just a pimple in my ear, but I'd like to be safe and make sure." They check my ear and left to grab another doctor to get a second opinion. I hear them directly outside the door mocking me and calling me over dramatic. That I am "psyching myself out" and it's "just a little pimple" and they begin laughing to each other. I thought I must be hearing this incorrectly and being sensitive, but the laughing and mumbling that I'm pretty much making up my symptoms made me feel so beyond uncomfortable. I've never in my life felt so embarrassed and humiliated. These are healthcare professionals. I am simply coming in to make sure I am in good health. They then blame "anxiety" and completely write me off. It was a male doctor with blue eyes and blonde hair along with a short girl with long dark hair. I unfortunately do not remember their names. I always hated and felt uncomfortable in doctor's offices, and this experience will now worsen my outlook on the subject.
