I needed to find out which Sunrise Medical Laboratories location performs a specialized laboratory test. This is not something listed clearly online, and I wanted to avoid driving from one walk-in location to another. There appears to be no effective customer service. Every phone number I found, including those listed for customer service, routed me to the billing department. The billing representatives were polite and genuinely tried to help, but they could only provide the phone numbers for individual facilities. Unfortunately, no one answered at the facilities I called. I wasn't asking for medical advice or test results, just a simple yes-or-no question: "Does your location perform this test?" Patients should not have to spend hours calling unanswered numbers or driving from place to place just to find where a test is available. The billing staff deserves credit for trying to assist. My disappointment is with the lack of accessible customer service and the inability to reach the individual laboratory locations. I hope Sunrise Medical Laboratories improves communication so patients can obtain basic information without unnecessary frustration. I take my child to CityMD Selden. Scan barcode to pre-register-convenient. Staff at front desk-very nice. Wait, wasn't long-but it was a holiday so my child's pediatrician had already closed. Nurse checks vitals, Dr Rosalia comes in & quickly checks my child w/a stethoscope. I advised her my child was symptomatic for 3 days w/covid. She suggested that my child CAN go to the dental appt in 2 days. She spoke as if COVID isn't a 'thing' anymore, it's just a cold; I beg to differ-it's eradicated. And just so she knows, or needs a reminder, Covid must be taken seriously especially w/children, elderly, ppl w/underlying med issues including bronchial. So I'm calling my ins co to tell them about my experience & see if they opt to dispute the charges, she did nothing. As for this location, I may return if need be, but only as a last resort in lieu of ER chaos. Hopefully they read this & fwd it to the Dr or her superiors, so she can treat her patients properly. Really, there's nothing to discuss. This says it all for me. I give 3 stars generously for the front desk, in case there're drs that perform better care to their patients at this location.

I get a call 4 days later - still in absolute agony..... Regarding my test results: Hey you have a UTI. Untreated for an extra FOUR days after I saw the doctor. Bro doesn't know how to listen, all he knows is how to go on fifteen minute tangents of useless shit. Idgaf what mental disability you have, but maybe let's listen to patients instead of telling me buffoonery of how i strained my muscle. Never going back unless the doctor opens his ears instead of his mouth.
