She was just getting to the food & activity improvement when we were told that she found a new opportunity more suited to her desired future. The protein is limited to mixer of meat, bone, & grizzle that ruins every dish. Occasionally there are suspect cuts of real meat with little relation to real meat. Most often the facility depends on slices of heavily processed meat rolls. The people cooking have no sense of how to season the food! Staff were professional, fast, and very nice. I was a walk in and was seen I'm 5 minutes to gets labs drawn. I liked the self check in on the iPad when you walk in. I liked how on the TVs it says a list of patients by the 1st 3 letters of 1st name and 1st letter of last name in order of who is next and approximately how long the wait is. Since this is located in medical area, next to the hospital parking and traffic are really bad here. Plan for more time when coming to this location.

This location lost my lab results for the Quantiferon TB test. On 7/7/21, I went to this location…read morefor lab work. I handed phlebotomist the paperwork to have my lab work done. She scans all three papers of the labs that I needed to have done. She takes had three tubes of my blood and told me when I could expect the results. The tests were for my thyroid, iron, and a test for TB. The next day, when I check the portal, only the results for my thyroid and iron levels were there. I checked again on Saturday night and the results for the TB test were still not in the portal. I went back on 7/12/21, and I had to do the test all over again. The phlebotomist that did the blood work on 7/7/21, lied about drawing the blood for the TB test. She presented me with clearly altered paperwork showing she only did blood work for my iron and thyroid levels. To, of course, cover her shady tracks. I confronted her about watching her scan the paperwork for all three tests and how I even watched her draw my blood for three tubes for all three tests. I want to know what happened to the third tube for the TB that mysteriously disappeared. The phlebotomist tried her hardest to make me seem like a liar. Even in front of two other phlebotomists. No apology was given for her mistake and for being inconvenienced. Why would I waste my time making a complaint and even going out of my way to complete a test that was done a week prior if it were not true? When I arrived and checked in on Monday, there was also a man in the lobby who had similar issues. I overheard his conversation while waiting in the lobby that his results were not in the portal, and it had been over a week. With no results in his portal. Do not come here. Avoid every Quest Diagnostics location if you can. Unless you want your labs to go missing without any explanation. Go to LabCorp if you want better service and your lab work completed without any issues.

Check-in was easy, the lady was nice and the radiology tech was even nicer. My appointment was at 1:40 but they said to arrive at 1:25. I arrived around 1:20 and I didn't wait long at all. In fact, I was done a little after 1:40. The tech explained everything thoroughly and positioned my hand while we made small talk about the x-ray flower art on the walls. When I checked out I informed the same lady who checked me in that I had a referral to a hand doctor. I handed her my phone so she can clearly get the details and said she can send my results to both my Airrosti doctor and the specialist. She must have done something right because the specialist's office called on Monday to schedule an appointment. I thanked her and went on my way. There was a second lady who didn't seem to be in as chipper a mood, but I made sure to say goodbye and thank you to her, too, and she brightened up. Overall it was a pleasant, quick experience.
