This office has a calm relaxed atmosphere; while other seem very tense. Although they did not take insurance at first they now take the major ones in the area; as well as Medicare. I have seen Dr. Samuel once -- for an earache when his wife was out of the office and he prescribed some medicine which did wonders. You will find me with them for a long time. Actually zero stars....I'm new to Florida so looking for Doctors is crucial right now. I made an…read moreappointment a week ahead of time and received a courtesy call to remind me of the appointment. At the end of the call I said "thank you" and the girl just hung up! That was my first red flagI showed up for my appointment and I'm the only one there, a lady looks at me and looks back down at her computer, seriously, no good morning or anything, so I said it instead to get her attention, I'm not feeling it at this point. It did not even resemble a Dr's office at all. They took my records and ID and came back to say they didn't take my insurance, my insurance is very common and thru the military!! So I asked for my things back. I could hear the " "Dr." in the background around the corner telling the girls what to say, how unprofessional can you be!!!! I have never left a review like this but this can't be over looked. We want caring doctors so maybe it's a BLESSING that they turned me away I just wished I could have found that out before waiting on the appt, driving out there and putting up with attitudes!!

You turned a horrific experience into a positive one again and with your help, I was able to reschedule. I set up an appointment and had them confirm twice, initial call and follow-up call, that they would be willing and able to fill out some paperwork for me. When I saw the provider, they refused. Now I'm worried they'll charge me for treatment I didn't consent to. They may do great work based on their reviews, but this looks like a bait-and-switch tactic from my perspective. exam that I didn't ask for. After paying insane fees for a 20 minute procedure, the doctor schedules your follow up with an incompetent nurse practitioner named Jennie Johnson who is incapable of doing what she says she will. She stated she would order additional tests but never did. Does not respond at all to messages in the portal. Impossible to reach via phone. On top of the total lack of care for patients, they bill you above and beyond what they state while not even following through with obligations on their end. We do not go to the grocery store and pay for groceries that we never receive, why would we do that for medical care.

I was left w my walker in an exam room for over 1/2 an hour in a chair I could not get out of by myself. No one thought to check on me. I could overhear him thru the door discussing plans to attend a Rotary function that night. Doc Page had no clue what my condition was. I explained what it was and he said he never heard of it.
