A very large shipment of specialty blood needles disappeared in their custody. I question the ability to properly deliver specimines.

She was very organized and very efficient. She was also very polite and obviously has strong work ethic. Her phlebotomy skill is honestly unmatched in all of my decades of experiences having blood drawn. There is absolutely no trace of the puncture nor any bruising whatsoever. This is a first for me. The entire blood draw from entry to the room to exit from the room was only a few short minutes. Exceptional service.
