I don't come to this lab very often, but in the past when I have it can get pretty busy. So the guy at the desk told me my wait time would be about 35 minutes and I waited for an hour just so he can tell me that they don't take my insurance. Mondays and Fridays are the worst days to go if you're in a hurry. You will expect a 1-2 hour wait on average. Most of the staff seem pretty nice minus a Hispanic lady who was quite rude to people unless you spoke Spanish. Very biased, it even showed in her mannerisms with others who were not Spanish speakers. They do offer appointments, so I would highly advise you to make one before coming to this location unless it's Tuesday-Thursday. There will always be a wait, but it's doable on those days of the week. I'm not sure how they can be more efficient, but it would be nice if a quicker system could be figured out. It's hard to go to another location when this one is convenient if you live near Southland Park area. read more

Horrible service. This is my first experience outside of Kaiser in years. I walk in the lady at the fron desk was extremely unfriendly and acted like she hated her job. The lady who called me back to draw my blood and do a UA rolled her eyes when I told her I forgot about the UA I didn't need to go. She copped an attitude and said "Fine I will just eneter you information since you won't even try" again she rolled her eyes many time as I told her how rude she was being. read more

What's the point of setting up an appointment and having to edit 1 hr before being seen?

My issue was with staff that draws blood. It seems they use very inexperienced people. In my case, the lady forgot to release the tourniquet so the blood would flow. This resulted in her jabbing the crap out of my arm, no blood flowing and finally causing me to feel bad. Will not go back here ever! Avoid if you can read more

Sitting here wasting my time, they have stupid and dumb staff, I came in to do a drug test and had to use the bathroom badly, so I went to use the bathroom first becuase theirs noway to wait for my drug test if theres a long as wait, im not holding my bladder if im 3 in line for 15 minutes, for some stupid retarded ass reason they labeled me as someone who cant urinate, and put my file on hold, and had me sitting here for no reason. So I got up luckly ask them how much longer and they said they put my on hold cause I cant urinated which is not true, I told them I can urinated now, and so now I am still waitin and someone who came after me just passed me and got their test first. I dont really understand how they hirer and who does the hiring process but they hire really incompetant people and even the remaining staff is incompetant.....please shut this place down or review your staff for performance of anytype especailly for understanding what patients are here for, dont put them on hold for something they dont have issues with. read more

Then the dumb ass clerk forgot to give my paperwork to the tech doing the sample so I watch a person go in front of me. I'm like wait I'm nexts. I don't even want to give any stars for this place. It's awful. There are six people in here waiting, just six. People are waiting for two to three hours. Apparently, there are three people in the back drawing blood, and we're still waiting. One woman waited almost 45 minutes AFTER her appointment time, and she had showed up early. I did not make an appointment, I'm only hear for a drug screen. Such a simple thing really, just pee in a cup. I'm going on an hour and a half waiting. I watch them put everyone's paperwork before mine. It's just ridiculous. What makes it worse is that no one is bothering to say anything to anyone. Everyone is loudly complaining about the wait, and the staff blatantly ignores it. No sorry for the wait, kiss my ass, nothing. On top of that, most people here have been fasting 12-24 hours for their blood draws, so you know they're cranky. The customer service sucks here. The wait is very, very long here. They make you wait over an hour, even for a lab drop off. How difficult is it to just take the specimen? It's already pre-labeled for crying out load. The staff is brusque, rude, and need a lot of training in extra personal skills. I dread coming to almost all quest locations. The staff are always less than courteous. read more

I wish I could give them less stars. Woman at the front window was rude and disrespectful. I had an appointment which she disputed stating she had no record of an appointment. I gave her the confirmation number, and she miraculously found it. When I entered there was only one person in the waiting room ahead of me. She stated it would be a few minutes before she could check me in, I waited 20 minutes after my scheduled time so she could get "caught up." Her words. Was 35 minutes before I could get a UA done.
