Never take you at the scheduled time, they always run late. Would not recommend this place.

I've come here for the past two years for yearly screenings that my job requires.... You create a login for quest and you can schedule your appointment easy. I've had to reschedule and schedule sometimes because I forgot or my schedule and still had an easy time to schedule. Parking is super easy - as it is in a strip mall Ive made early appointments and walked in with maybe one other person there... there is a computerized sign in. I was greeted right away by Denise- one of the lab techs who also happened to be there last year when I went as well. Literally I was there 15 mins or less.... Denise is friendly, polite and most importantly has a hustle. She wasn't slow or sloppy or unprofessional. It was because of her outstanding care and manner than made me want to post this review. I mean Yelp is usually for food, drink etc but I wanted to recognized her hard work and effort by Yelping . For a Yelper - that is a high standard, right? :) read more

Terrible service. The told my wife to come in at 8:00 a.m. Saturday as a walk in. She did and waited for a half hour. A real nasty woman came out and told her they do not accept walk ins on Saturdays. Then a different woman came out and took another person in who was also a walk in. Don't come here - they discriminate based on your race. read more

I have come here for years. Some employees/visits are good. This site also has employees who are rude and unhelpful, though. If you get one of the bad phlebotomists, you can expect a nasty attitude and to be insulted. Management is ineffective and does address these problems. Given the number of local labs, I would suggest going elsewhere. read more

Have been to this location twice. Made an appt both times and couldn't have waited more than a few minutes each time. Very clean. Staff is friendly and professional and barely felt the stick!! Easy parking as well. read more

The wait time here is way too long for blood draws. They think they've streamlined the system by having self check-ins but they really only eliminated jobs and increased patient wait times. They need more staff. It should not take more than 15-20 mins to draw blood for one person. I watched one staff/reception (I couldn't tell because she was also wearing gloves and originally in the back) person take loads of time on the phone with a dr's office trying to get a diagnosis code. There should be at at least two people to process these things and enough phlebotomists to move people along. With these insurers forcing us to deal with so few companies, we're at there mercy. At the aame time, they're better than the Labcorp that's nearby. read more

I was here with my daughter on 2/2/2018 @ 1:26pm, when a woman walked up to the receptionist for guidance when the receptionist said rudely,"Did you sign in?"The woman wasn't loud or rude herself but the receptionist treated her crap! I felt bad for the lady. This was not necessary. read more

I made a phone appointment in Roselle NJ today. It was very hard to find the option to talk to a person on the phone so I used the automated service. It said nothing about whether regular bloodwork required fasting and not information was required about my script. I arrived to a cold check in room where you have no option to even talk to a receptionist. You just sign in at a kiosk with your appointment reference and wait. Once I finally got called, they took one look at my script and asked if I fasted. Since I didn't know I had to, I got sent home. Waste of time and seems like then run their office like a technology company and not customer centered. read more

This location is a Great Location the staff here are amazing, they are open from 7am-3pm. They do not break for lunch the information that they have online is incorrect, Drug Screening are done from 7am-245pm. I had mine done here and I was in and out without a problem, If you can't go I suggest you don't wait til the last minute. The staff are Very Professional....I highly recommend this place read more

I've been to this place before with my wife as a walk in and seen how much of a headache this place can be without an appointment, with the amount of people that show up first thing in the morning and the LACK of social distancing. I went ahead and made myself an appointment so I wouldn't have to go through this. Had to wait for about 3 and a half weeks just for an opening. Having other responsibilities at home, I showed up an hour and a half early for my appointment, hoping that perhaps seeing that a person with an appointment would be given the courtesy to get called in early. Upon pulling up, I saw a line that extended out the door just to check in and a waiting room full of people, about 36 people when I counted while waiting in line, most of which were walk ins complaining about the wait. Waited 20 minutes before I was even able to sign in. As instructed, after signing in, I waited in my car for a text for over an hour before finally driving away. 10 minutes after driving off, I received a text to return for my blood draw. I returned 10 minutes later only to be told very rudely by one of their female attendants that I had been called already and I had to wait to be called again. Before I can even get a word out to explain myself, the woman walked away and closed the door. Seeing the room more packed than what it was when I originally signed in, I took off. After coming home, I decided to call and ask for the manager or a person in charge and the same rude woman that told me to wait answered the phone and stated "there is no manager on duty and that they are all in charge there". I explained my story only to her only to have the same thing regurgitated to me "we called your name and you never came". Additionally, she stated that "the system selects who gets seen first and since my appointment was not till later, it maintained that time, nothing can be done about that." This only means that people without appointments were able to be seen before those who have an appointment and just arrived a tad bit early. Doesn't make much sense if you ask me as I feel that you should at least be granted a courtesy if you arrived early before a walk in or someone who doesn't have an appointment. I'm a member of the National Guard who was just activated last week and assigned 3 hours north of here, a drive I specifically made just to come to this appointment only to walk out without receiving service. I think the woman I spoke to is BEYOND RUDE and doesn't belong in a business where you have to deal with the public and as for QUEST as a business, they need to first, observe and enforce state guidelines in regards to social distancing as having a large group of people one of top of each other in a small room is not safe and two they need to do something about the system they have going. I will never return to this place and give them my business. read more

This quest is completely disorganized and inefficient. Even after making an appointment at 10:30am I am still waiting to be registered at 11am. Not to mention there is only one phlebotomist and they are taking walk-ins before appointments. I would never recommend coming here or again. read more
