This new location is clean, almost stark and efficiently laid out. I have seen the comments about the staff, and I guess it is all about expectations and how the patient treats the staff. My experience has been excellent. It is a busy location especially in the am with all the fasting labs. They are there to draw blood and move on. They are not there to make friends, hear all of your life and health problems or see all the pictures of your grandchildren. I have nearly always received a "good stick" and easy draw there. I have found everyone polite and friendly. However, that is how I approach everyone, and people seem to return the attitude.

The team here consists of some of the kindest people that I've ever encountered at any Quest Diagnostics that I've ever been to. They really take good care of you here. The first thing that you do is check into a kiosk and let the team know whether you've arrived for your appointment, or if you are a walk in patient. After that you have a seat and wait to be called. There is no front office staff at this location. When it's your time to be called a team member will come out to the lobby and call you to the back. I recently found out that you can knock on the door, if you have an urgent matter that can't wait, and a team member will answer the door. *Please note that the last time I was here (in February of 2026) the bathroom door wouldn't close properly and so I had to wait to use the bathroom during my time here. This is something that really needs attention because many customers can't wait long to use the bathroom.*

Called the collection agency and they said, it was for blood work. Reading from the receipts, I was able to convey that I paid the agreed upon charge at the lab and paid on the service date. I investigated and concluded that this up charging is typical of Stewart (and many other medical services) hoping that the customer will just pay since it's only $59.

Recently I had COVID and my doctor prescribed meds. He told me to go here because he knew they had a good supply and it was free. Soooo convenient! Pulled up right in front. Walked in, spoke to the young man behind the counter. My doctor had JUST called it in. They said "No problem. We'll take care of it right now". They asked me if I had tested positive and when I told them yes they asked me to wait in my car and they would bring it out.
