I had an excellent experience at this Quest location. Since it was my first time using the…read moreself-check-in system, I was really grateful for the staff member who was there to help. She was incredibly patient, friendly, and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. I was also very impressed by their efficiency and attention to detail. My appointment was at 6:20 AM, and they started drawing my blood exactly at 6:20 AM--it was perfectly on time. The phlebotomist was professional and thorough; she verified all my information carefully, and after drawing the three vials, she made sure to label them and asked me to double-check everything. This level of care and precision gave me great peace of mind. Highly recommended! "Update: Please note that the clinic has moved from the old 915 address to 925 N Courtenay Pkwy, Ste 11-14. I hope this helps anyone else looking for the correct location!"

The team here consists of some of the kindest people that I've ever encountered at any Quest Diagnostics that I've ever been to. They really take good care of you here. The first thing that you do is check into a kiosk and let the team know whether you've arrived for your appointment, or if you are a walk in patient. After that you have a seat and wait to be called. There is no front office staff at this location. When it's your time to be called a team member will come out to the lobby and call you to the back. I recently found out that you can knock on the door, if you have an urgent matter that can't wait, and a team member will answer the door. *Please note that the last time I was here (in February of 2026) the bathroom door wouldn't close properly and so I had to wait to use the bathroom during my time here. This is something that really needs attention because many customers can't wait long to use the bathroom.*

Paid on the spot, before testing, that's fine. Two months later, I received a bill from a collection agency telling me I owe $59 more. Called the collection agency and they said, it was for blood work. Reading from the receipts, I was able to convey that I paid the agreed upon charge at the lab and paid on the service date. I investigated and concluded that this up charging is typical of Stewart (and many other medical services) hoping that the customer will just pay since it's only $59.
