This was coming due by August 1st so I called about a week prior to schedule my physical. I arrived for my appointment on July 31st - arriving about 10 minutes early knowing that I would need to fill out paperwork regarding my medical history. I was greeted by the professional office employee and she gave me the appropriate paperwork. I had barely gotten halfway through with my paperwork when I was called in to the back. I was weighed, blood pressure taken, vision tested (chart), and had to give a urine sample. I then returned to the examination room where I had time to finish my medical background paperwork. Patricia Philbrick, APRN, came in with her stethoscope and checked my lungs (deep breaths), peripheral vision, color test, reflexes, and hearing. She was very professional and thorough. She signed off on my Medical Examiner's Certificate Card including her State License number and National Registry number. I have to carry this card with me whenever I operate a Semi Truck. Once home I uploaded a photo copy of my new card and updated my status online with the Florida Division of Motor Vehicles (easy peasy). I found everyone here friendly, professional, and efficient. I had a very good experience and so I'm going with 5 stars.

These kinds of behind-the-scenes improvements are not immediately visible, but they make a real difference in long-term patient experience.
