Worst experience ever. I kept going back. I don't know why I just thought maybe it was one person. Trying to ask a question is really hard. They are rude and I say that because more than two people that work there have no patience for people or questions. Today was the worst. Made a 6 am appointment for my mom, I thought for the lemon office. I didn't realize my appointment wasn't for the lemon office. I asked the first question of this woman's day, There is no front desk. She yelled at me "Wait a minute ? " gave me a nasty look. I was polite thanked her when she pointed out I was at the wrong place. The look on my face and hers after my shock registered, she was talking to me like you would a family member ( not my family member). I do not know how seniors or non tech people make an appointment , follow their steps and figure out their procedures, especially without a front desk. The wait time was short, and the technicians polite. But I wasn't given all of the sample containers for the tests my doctor ordered. So when I returned with the samples at another Quest lab closer to home, I was told there should have been 3 more containers. read more

I only went to this location because they had a sooner opening for lab work then the one I go to in Fontana. However I loved the fact that I could check in on my phone and go straight to my chair and wait for my name to be called back. I waited probably less than 5 minutes. I don't know if the fhlebotamist that helped me was having a bad day or was just impatient. She asked for me to pull my arm sleeve up lay down the armrest but then asked me for my ID and card insurance which I already registered online when I told her that she responded with "I don't have it" I said okay ... so then I lifted the armrest and as I was looking through my wallet she began to get impatient tilted her head to the side through her arms down in her lap and I continuously apologized and told her just one moment. Once I gave it to her she just turned around didn't day anything also kept slamming her mouse and sign pad. I was pretty freaked for her to stick me with the needle lol once she gave me my card back she began to draw blood and thank God she didn't stick me intensely. But didn't say anything the entire time or ask of I was okay ... truly hope whatever has her down or upsets gets better. I do highly recommend going to the one in Fontana they are so nice and ensure your feeling okay during the process. read more

Had to get blood drawn for some titers so minute clinic sent me here again. Went to their website at around 2pm, got an appointment same day for 4:30. Got here at around 4:20, waited less than 5 minutes. I was hoping I would get James again and I did! Was very pleased even 2nd time around. I enjoy any quest because it's usually fast, easy and there is no appointments required . I have had a standing order from my doctor here for the past few months and I will definitely not be back due to the lack of customer service the receptionists display every time I'm here. Besides the misinformation each receptionists gives they seem bothered when I have additional questions and are just flat out rude. " We are just a hub station" is their favorite saying. I guess that means they receive different training from all the other quest employees where you can't even help customers and answer basic information .They get three stars for the absolutely amazing and friendly phlebotomists. Walked in and tapped on the check in screen and it stated have a seat we will be with you as soon as we can. I had a pleasant experience here, it was a very quick check in for a walk in. It's very hard for health care workers to find my deep veins, but Christine did a great job. Very sweet and made it a top priority to walk me through what she was doing. She exhibited excellent compassion for not only what she does, but in making sure I was comfortable. Thank you for getting my lab work done for my nursing program, I hope whoever is charge of raises sees this, because Christine truly deserves to be valued! read more

Don't even bother with this lab. Horrible customer service. Please make sure that KAILAH and TRACY does not draw your blood. I wonder why QUEST is putting up with these two incompetent and super rude personnel. They don't have the right to be working at that lab for which they have to deal with patients and customers in a daily basis. Been coming to this location for years, and for the most part, I am very pleased. The techs are all very friendly and knowledgeable. My only complaint, hence 4 stars instead of 5, is that every time I go (about 1 time/year), they can never find me in their database. There isn't good signage on the outside to understand where you enter the building. It was so unclear, I had to ask three different people where it was. Even though I had an appointment, I waited 40 minutes!!!! The time when I got in the room to get my blood drawn to complete was just 5 minutes so clearly there is an issue with them overbooking. The check in kiosk was broken (you couldn't scan your ID) yet since no one is working in that lobby, time and time again people would try to use the machine and then give up and go to another. Doctor referred us here for a walk in blood test. Site says walk ins welcome. Checked in. Asked for an update and was told someone will be with us. About an hour and a half later a lady comes out says "I don't know if any of you heard my co worker there is no walk ins it's just me and her today" Keep in mind my 2.5 hours there not one person said that just kept getting the run around. On the positive note. The doctor that referred us said this is the third time he hears this feed back and gave us a referral to another clinic. read more

Their customer service has gotten much better since a year ago, but they are overall just ok. Your experience will depend on who helps you at the front desk as well as who draws your blood, etc. You might get someone who is super attentive and kind, then few months down the line get someone who seems bored with their job and rude to you. I always just walk in. Never made an appointment. Wait time varies from 30 minutes to 1 hour, depending on how busy it is. Around closing time seems to be a slow period for them, so leave work early and do a walk in. read more

I had the worst customer service experience at this place. My insurance company and myself called them multiple times regarding a billing issue. Every time we receive different answer over the same question. The staffs answered the phone sound like they do not care at all. They did not try to help and they sounded so impatient. One of them proudly told me "I was not medically trained" even though I asked her a non-medical billing question. I'm so disappointed by the quality of customer service. I take my mom to labcorp on foothill & fast & efficient. Excellent mgr! Here, on Lemon, awful. Had 2 appts scheduled, & they cancelled on me as their ac went out. Coorection, didnt call to cancel, when i showed up they told me to go to fontana office. TWICE. Today i show up at 4:52 pm, they close at 5. One girl wasnt even nice, just said they are closed. I say its 7 min to 5, & she says last one at 4:40 & they are closed. Not even nice about it. Another girl finally walks out & explained it nicer, & said walk in is typically a 4 hr wait in the mornings & less crowded after 3 pm, but less people after 3 so best to make appt. I had to set up an appoinment at this location because I couldn't make it to the quest lab by my house, easy to find location and they have kiosks to check in, which was simple to do. The phletobomists were all very friendly, more so than at other labs I have been to. I was in and out of there in less than 15 minutes. read more

Nothing against this location, as everyone was professional but BEWARE of Quest Diagnostics overall. After looking at my explanation of benefits and speaking to my insurance provider - I was told my "patient responsibility" was $7. Coincidentally, I receive a bill from Quest for $646 months after the lab took place and adjustments were made. Spoke to Cigna once again, my responsibility is still $7. Be aware of this situation Quest has been operating in and don't fall prey to their sleezy business ethics. This has happened MULTIPLE times to me in the past as well. It's actually a breach of contract and the insurance companies can revoke their license. Examples like this is why consumers look at insurance companies at large in a bad light. read more

This morning I had an appointment at this location and it was the easiest, quickest appointment I've ever had at quest. The gal that drew my blood probably saw that I was nervous and did her best to distract me and chat with me. Definitely make an appointment because this place was jammin! My wife had a blood draw two days ago by this tech Laura. She seemed she did not know how to do it . I noticed when she inserted the needle into my blood vein, some air might have got into the tube and the blood might have been contaminated. But she went ahead to withdraw 4 vials of blood anyway ( each vial holds about 6-10 ML of blood) . A few hour later, she called me and told me go back to the lab and she needed to redraw the blood because of contaminated blood cells ? WTF ? You think our blood like water and you can draw as much as you want. First of all, we are not ALBINO RATS. I have this highly safety concerns of transmitted diseases. Secondly, I don't think you had the blood drawn correctly. Now you have all my blood wasted and you want to draw more of my blood to cover your mistake. I would not let you do it to me again or to other people. I would talk to my attorney to take further action if needed. I have never had experienced this kind of nonsense for my blood drawn for the last 20 years. How could this people got the job if they don't know what they are doing ??? read more

Don't be afraid......The staff here are friendly and well trained in taking blood and collecting samples. They do take walk-ins , but expect to wait at least an hour. Make an appointment if you can. I have been here multiple times for routine testing and they have always been professional and informative. They do have public restrooms , but you should hold it because if it's your yearly work up , they may need to collect your urine. Yuck! read more

Would recommend this facility to anyone. I had to have a blood test for a Dr appt. next week. I looked at the rating for a few Quest centers around Covina area, because we used to live there 5yrs ago, & still have the same drs there. After reading some of the reviews there, and the extreme wait times, I decided to try around my new house in Rancho. Thank God I did. Yesterday I made an appt for today at 10:00am. I arrived at 9:50, and walked out at 10:05am. I had a technician named James. He was so polite, & accurate in finding a vein, I didn't feel anything. This is probably the worst lab I visited. The technician are not capable and knowledgeable. They first did not understand the basic orders, did not know what to look for in the system based on doctors orders. Kept arguing around topics they did not have clue about. Finally when I got the blood drawn, they left a bruise and a blood clot at the draw area, where I had to and see another doctor. My doctor gave me a lab slip for Quest. I always go somewhere else but didn't notice. The other place is on a walk in basis only. I get to quest and you need an appt. The woman ahead of me had an appt and was told 30 min wait. Since I didn't have an appt., I approached the desk and was told all of the appt. were filled and I would have a long wAit. I asked her to throw my lab slip away. SHE REFUSED as it has personal info on it! Well if they can't destroy mine what are they doing with the people that actually have labs done there. I went back to my doctor, then to the preferred Lab, had my urine tested and blood draw all within 20 mins total including drive time. NO THANK YOU QUEST! read more

This is not a very good private business. It's more like the DMV. When entering one must check themselves in at the computer kiosk. Then you are placed on the resulting list of people waiting. I usually go to this location and I always receive excellent service. Till the last few visits. They have hired a receptionist in the front who is not only rude, but racist. At my last visit there was an asian woman waiting to be called and the receptionist was giggling and pronouncing her name with an asian accent. I found it so offensive. She was pretty loud and she usually is. The phlebotomist was so sweet and kind. And got the job done. But the receptionist needs some disciplinary action . I seriously dont need to waste my money and time at this location because of this individual. Grow up! We love in a world full of different cultures. I have always been a nervous wreck when going for blood tests because wherever I go it takes them 3 or 4 people to try a few times to get a vein and I end up bruised and popped veins. Well I was in complete shock and so appreciative when James got it on the first try! He was so great! No poking and prodding! Just bam! got it. did not feel it at all. I'm very upset with the treatment I received today. I'm vision impaired and had a difficult time checking in. I went in as a walk in and waited for my number to be called. I was #105 and 106. The girl that took me back was so very rude. She said next time to not come in without making an appointment???then asked why I had two numbers. Then she asked why I didn't scan the back of my health insurance card. I have permanate vision loss and I asked her to please be kind. I know why she didn't have a name tag on because she treated me like a child. Her names Lisette, if she told me the truth. I told a man when I left with dark hair and glasses and he just started at me. I usually go to Quest on foothill Blvd. in Rancho Cucamonga. I'm treated with respect there and their employees are kind.
