Took at least another 20 for her to finally show up and she has a long list of names in her hand reading them aloud. about 3 patients later its my turn, i walk in and immediately hear her on speaker phone blasting hold music. this became very irritating very quickly. she then gets off hold and takes an 8 minute phone call with me in the room sitting in the seat where i should be getting my blood work. Do Not come here for blood work service! this happens almost everytime i come here there is always a situation with the waiting and taking "lunch breaks" at inconvenient times. will not be coming back.

The first time was busy as all else, but I had already made an appointment, then came in early, and was in and out within the hour. The second time I was in and out in 15 minutes with no real wait time. The woman who did the bloodwork answered all my questions when necessary and only had to poke me once with the needles--which after having several other people try and draw blood, she was easily one of the most successful on the first attempt. I will be returning in the future until something changes. Plus the ladies at the front desk are hilarious.

It honestly makes you wonder how understaffed this location must be. There were people who had been waiting even longer than me and were still there when I finally left. I even tried booking an appointment a week in advance and couldn't get a morning slot, so walking in was my only option. Now I've lost an entire month trying to get essential lab work done. To make matters worse, the waiting room was uncomfortable in every way -- overcrowded, stuffy, poor ventilation, and frankly tough to sit through for hours. Expecting people to wait 3-4 hours in those conditions is unreasonable. LabCorp needs more staff, better scheduling, and a serious upgrade in patient flow (and maybe some airflow too). This experience was exhausting and unacceptable. Patients deserve better.

I have been coming to this location for routine lab work for years. I am unsure what they have…read moredone, but my last two visits have made me realize why they always have openings. They newly require Masks (never had to use this prior to my last two visits). Not a big deal, but they never have any available, so if you forget it, you have to go back out and find one before they will even check you in. I completed the appointment sign up (they do walk ins) online as well as checked in, and they still asked me to do the process when I arrived the last two times. The young girl at the counter is short with clients, and it seems like she wants to do the least amount of work to help you. The saving grace of this place is that it's a convenient location right off of the Roosevelt Blvd, and the phlebotomist who takes the blood is at least very polite and efficient. Love the convenience, but check-in has now become not worth going to this location.
