My experience here was painless and flawless. I have pretty bad medical anxiety and the person drawing my blood did an excellent job, I hardly felt a pinch. Please note there is no office staff, so it is necessary to make an appointment ahead of time using their automated system and then you scan your own insurance/ID. Had a very nasty technician today. She has no business working in the medical field or even with the public. I had made an appointment and had the proof on my phone. Somehow it got lost in their computers. First she yelled at me and told me it was because I was late and shut the door on me. When she came back out she told me they were done for the day and wouldn't take me. When I showed her my confirmation on my phone. She kept saying that I must not have made the appointment correctly. She was very condescending and accusatory when she talked. Go somewhere else for blood work. read more

Made an appt, got there on time and was told we were not on the schedule! Woman behind me with the next appt also told she was not on the schedule either, only walk-ins. There was a sign saying only SIX people allowed in the waiting room and there were TWELVE! Others were told to stand outside --no chairs or benches and some people were elderly and handicapped. And if you try to call this location, don't bother. You get in a voicemail loop and no one picks up and no one returns your call. TERRIBLE - not even worthy of one star! read more

Had an appointment to do some breath test for a surgery I was having appointment was for 11. Got there early and signed in and sat down. 45 minutes go by not one person comes out or says anything like they are running behind. Someone comes in without an appointment as a walk in and they sit for 10 minutes and are taken right in. Finally at 12 after sitting for an hour I walk up and say I have to leave and go back to work and that taking walk ins when you have people waiting for an hour with appointments makes no sense. The nurse just says. "So you don't want your blood work done". I said I'm not here for blood work. Then she says in the lobby mind you around other patients. "What is it a drug test". I said excuse me no it's not. It's for a breath test for my surgery I'm having. And she then says. So I guess you don't want it now? At that point I walked out. Feeling embarrassed and angry for being treated like this. Will never step foot in there again. Can't believe that's how they talk to customers who are probably already stressed out having to get important medical tests done. read more

Left without even getting to check in. I showed up at 7:40 a.m. for a 7:45 appointment. There were about 20 people - some inside and some outside all waiting. No idea if they had appointments or were just walk-ins. I went inside to use the check-in kiosk, There were three people ahead of me who could not figure out how to use the kiosk, and no one around to help. I left after 10 minutes. More people had arrived and no one had left. Too many people inside, and the social distance markers on the floor were scattered haphazardly. They need to eliminate walk-ins if they can't handle the volume. read more

visited my local quest and watched one of the patients behave quite irrationally / disrespectfully towards the nurses. Though they seemed to remain calm and serviced her right away I felt it was unacceptable to allow her to treat the employees that way and still retain service before others who had appointments. The other patients were clearly shaken up and some upset her bad behavior was rewarded. Will go to a different location next time. read more
