Michele S in the pharmacy was a god send. I wouldn't have made it through without her. She was calm, kind, funny and thoughtful, and tried every trick in the book with my daughter. She finally got the shot in her arm after an hour. I can't thank Michele S (and Larry, also in the pharmacy) for their kindness and patience on such a stressful evening! The Waiting Room was large, very clean with decent furniture. I Liked the fact that the video on the TV explained what to expect from Quest at every step from the blood draw and after. The Technician Joe was great, he was very professional - I only felt a slight pinch in my arm where the needle went in. Besides I had my friend stay in the room with me while Joe drew my blood for moral support. The only negative part was my (GPS) Google Maps had a difficult time finding the office building. The second time I went for food poisoning and the PA gave me some good advice about how to introduce certain foods/proteins back into my diet slowly while my body readjusts. Overall, I wish they had been more clear about the possibility. Instead, NP was not specific about all tests and stated that what I had was likely a common cold.
