Twice when I went the door was locked. The first time I looked on the web site and it said they closed at 3:000. I got there at 2:15 and when I knocked they said they closed at 2:00. When I said the web site said 3:00 they said they were done for the day. The second time I arrived on a Friday and it said on both the web site and the door that they were open until 2:30. I arrived at 2:10 and again they refused to unlock the door saying that they were running behind and couldn't let me in. Customer service is what separates alot of business. Reception person was nice and helpful, the woman running the exams was very rude and unhelpful. Closed the door in my face when I arrived originally and told me they were closed. I was there within posted business hours, but was told to come back. [Office was empty] I don't mind waiting ... but if there aren't any clients being tested why do I have to sit in the lobby an additional 30mins before I have to take a simple urinalysis? Labcorp the company may be great, but certain employees not so much. Go here if you really have 0 care about customer service and don't mind waiting additionally for your testing. WORST PLACE EVER. front desk lady is very lazy. whoever the other lady was pretty sure she was the doctor, also wants to only do the bare minimum. Do not go here. I'm a diabetic and i really needed my bloodwork done and they couldn't even print my labwork out for me that i had on my phone, very lazy unprofessional and not helpful at all! i've never had a problem at any labcorp for them to print out the labwork that my doctor emailed to me, this takes 2 minutes and they couldn't even do that. Horrible service I waited for an hour and 20 minutes for them to let me know that they don't have the things needed to test her. They called up the Pomona location to ask that they take me in right away after traveling 20 from one location to the next I got here and they told me they have other patience before me and that I need to wait! @labcorp management you could be ashamed of yourselves for not improving your service! read more

If I could leave negative stars I would. Grossly understaffed, when I first arrived for my 12:00 appointment at 11:45, there was only one person there, 1, ONE. Moving as slow as possible. At 12:20, when I finally was acknowledged, a second person arrived, moving slower than the last; if that's even possible. Spoiler alert, it obviously is. Although the website says, 'Walk-ins Welcome', even though 'Absolutely no walk-ins' was posted at least 6 times in the office. Then there's that. What's more, is that I was given instructions before my drug screening, but not complete. I was never told to not flush the toilet after my test, so I did, only to be yelled at by the 'doctor'..."Why did you flush the toilet?". The rudeness and slow moving of the staff was unlike anything I've ever experienced. Did I mention they were rude and slow? Look, if you're understaffed and overworked, do not for any reason take it out on the customers, take it up with your manager. Customer service goes a real long way, but lack of customer service goes even further. Overall, a horrible experience, one I wouldn't wish on anyone. If you value your sanity...DO NOT GO HERE FOR ANY REASON. Would give this place a ZERO if possible. AVOID IT LIKE THE PLAGUE. I had a 12:45 appointment and was told to wait 10 minutes as the "screening takes time" that was 1 hour ago. After waiting for that amount of time I walk back in the clinic to be greeted by a belligerent doctor. The doctor personally told me that she "Didn't have her break and that she already took her 12:45 appointment so I have to wait" and "I'm only one person so you have to wait your turn". Even though I have arrived 15 minutes BEFORE the Appointment. I didn't understand why she was very condescending and rude towards me because I only wanted to know why I haven't been called in yet. I am not trying to be a Karen or anything, but this doctor was extremely unprofessional and rude towards me. So i decided to leave. A complete waste of time and horrible experience. read more

This place is the absolute worst. I only come because it's close, but for all the time I spend waiting without being even acknowledged I could drive further and be home faster. They have two people working who just look at you when you walk in, and then immediately walk away. They don't make any indication that they see you. Even if they are understaffed, a simple "Hello, we will be right with you" goes a long way. Sitting in a waiting room for 20 minutes without seeing a single person is frustrating, especially considering no patients are being helped. They get the star because they are competent at drawing blood, but that is where the skill ends. read more

Over the years and as I get older I find myself having to use these type of facilities more frequently. Every doctor needs there own blood work or testing so I have tried quite a few of these places over time. I must say that this place is the best of them, the staff here is friendly and Maggie(one of the nurses) is fun and makes it look like she is enjoying the job and people. The people working here make you feel easy about getting your work done, especially if you are afraid of needles!! ME!! I've used this place a few times and find the waiting room well kept and the line to sign in and register moves quickly. The facility is clean and sanitary, as it should be. Parking is adequate and safe. End of the day this location truly beats out the others in the area. I recommend this location of you need your work done. read more

The staff is nice at Lab Corp, but the waiting area is small and crowded, and the procedure happens behind a flimsy curtain just off the waiting room. This makes it a much more noisy and active environment than it needs to be. Even though there are always two people working when I've been there, the waiting room is packed out and I've had long delays even when I have scheduled an appointment in advance. Quest Diagnostics just a couple miles away on Route 45 is a much better facility, in my opinion. More spacious and quiet. Less crowded. More privacy. read more

What's the point of having an appointment if they take walk ins first. Arrived 10 minutes before my appointment signed in and also notice on the sign in sheet no other appointments....so at my time slot they take in 5 hasidic which took 30 minutes. I politely explained to the woman I have an appointment and I need to get back to work, I work in the medical field and is important of a prompt return. The woman ignored me completely as if I was not even there! I was late to getting back to work! I will call corporate to let them know the practices at this facility. I had to go for my 3 hour glucose test here today and I'm 7 months pregnant. Maggie, the nurse who helped me was literally an angel. She took such good care of me as I wasn't feeling great to begin with. She was so accommodating and genuinely caring.
