The Waiting Room was large, very clean with decent furniture. I Liked the fact that the video on the TV explained what to expect from Quest at every step from the blood draw and after. The Technician Joe was great, he was very professional - I only felt a slight pinch in my arm where the needle went in. Besides I had my friend stay in the room with me while Joe drew my blood for moral support. The only negative part was my (GPS) Google Maps had a difficult time finding the office building. The staff/docs were great and caring. The second time I went for food poisoning and the PA gave me some good advice about how to introduce certain foods/proteins back into my diet slowly while my body readjusts. I recommend AFC to anyone, they accept a lot of insurances including certain Medicaid plans. Check the website for more info regarding insurance or give them a call!

Since I drank plenty of water in preparation, I really had to use the bathroom. When I asked I was told that there is no bathroom to use. I asked what about the urine test? She said that she could give me a cup with a cover then take it over to the stop and shop then bring it back! Pretty outrageous I would say. A lab should not be open if a bathroom is not available.
