Instead of asking me what happened, he had already made up his mind and told me my behavior was incredibly innapropriate and I was not welcomed back at the facility. He blamed me for getting upset with his ultra sound tech for administering the wrong test and for questioning me about what the doctor had prescribed. I asked her multiple times to look at my chart. She instead placed blame on me for confusing her and nastily said "Geeze" Like it was my fault for her being confused. She proceeded to try and tell my boyfriend what had happened and never once apologized. The office manager called me to tell me that I was not allowed at the office and that it was my fault for reacting that way. He never took responsibility for the inappropriate and unprofessional behavior that his ultra sound tech had displayed. It was all my fault and they were all innocent. Michael Thompson told me that his ultra sound tech was a highly well like employee and she could not do anything wrong and that it was solely on me. I do not recommend going to this facility.

I was most definitely allowed the license for a natural cause with my health and had wasted two hours with a doctor that had to check the laws on his iPhone for another half hour, still unsure. unprofessional and also said PTSD can change whenever. absolutely grotesque and not a place to return. they don't know what is legal and still need a few hundred in advance when I'm someone in need and against lab created medicines.

Worst doctors office ever…read more 1. They are all lazy 2. They argue with each other in front of patients 3. You are waiting no less than an hour while the nurses and doctors are sitting around gossiping 4. I went to get my PPD read , after waiting 40 minutes to be seen I asked how much longer they said 10 - 15 minutes then said matter of fact I can read it for you now. If you can read it now why was you going to send me back to wait 15 minutes ?! I'm so over this place they will not be seeing me anymore.

It can get pretty busy and you can easily be there for over 1.5 hours so you have to communicate with staff and monitor your time. The space and equipment are dated but do the job. You kinda get early 2000s vibes. On my first visit though, I waited 45 minutes past my appointment time which was not fun. The person at the front desk never apologized either which made it worse. Her tone and means of communication were a bit off-putting both in person and on the phone if you're sensitive to the nuances. The other front desk person was fine. Parking is easy. Near Costco and Target. They have another location in west Nyack.

Pure snake oil, uncaring treatment of patients, particularly elderly ones…read more Unfortunately, the physiatrist M.D. Dr. Montag is not an orthopedic certified specialist, just a gel shot giver, which apparently is where the money is---but not any diminishment of pain. Xrays and ultrasounds should have been given to identify the best courses of pain eradication, such as cortisone, for eg., but never were...leaving the pain to worsen and worsen and the patient to lose leg/knee function. Nor was there ever a shred of follow-up. As a result, our elderly parent was basically left to rot. We had the misfortune of dealing with another member of this practice, a Dr. Jendreck, and remember his having the hateful, uncaring attitude that advanced PT, necessary time at an in-patient rehab hospital, learning to use a cane, training in how to climb steps, and treatment for excruciating pain and leg swelling following a brutal fall were hardly necessary, because, in his mind, since our parent was already nearly 90 years old, it wasn't worth his time or effort! Really? Our elderly parents and grandparents deserve much better care, respect, professionalism, and dignified, compassionate treatment than what we experienced from his horrid excuse for a practice!!
