If I could give them a zero I would. Do not go there. They lost my mom's urine sample and told me it was because their computers went down.

I was a bit hesitant and apprehensive to pay a visit to this office for a special biogenetic marker…read moretest that my cardiologist ordered, due to the bad and negative reviews in here and on Google. And also, my younger brother's not so great last experience at this location. However, I truly believe in the sayings: "You have to give people a benefit of the doubt" and "You actually have to see it to believe it yourself." The first time I arrived earlier today, I was warmly greeted and welcomed by the technician, Mary or Marie. She had a great, positive demeanor and vibe to her, as she was very pleasant, patient, personable, and attentive. She is a great source of help when you have any questions or concerns. Even though I was a walk in, she was able to take me in almost right away or instantly. No pressure and no rush. Kudos to healthcare workers like her, who make your experience not only run smoothly, but worthwhile! Thank you so much!

We had a really disappointing experience at Labcorp…read more My son had a blood test scheduled the same day as his AP exam. He finished his test, rushed over, and arrived just 3 minutes late. The waiting room was completely empty. Instead of a simple check-in or even a neutral response, the phlebotomist came out visibly angry and immediately started scolding my wife and son for being late. This is a medical setting. People come in already dealing with stress, anxiety, or health concerns. A little understanding and professionalism goes a long way. There was no reason to escalate the situation or speak to them that way, especially over a 3-minute delay with no other patients waiting. We understand schedules matter. But so does basic human decency. I hope management takes this seriously, because interactions like this can make an already stressful situation worse for patients.

While she was attempting to insert the IV, I experienced an immediate and severe nerve pain--a shock-like sensation radiating to my middle finger. This pain has persisted since that moment, accompanied by tingling and discomfort. The nurse remarked that she had never encountered such a reaction before. She made multiple attempts to insert the IV, and during one of these attempts, the nerve pain occurred. Since then, I have continued to experience ongoing symptoms.

Just an update as per Steve K response to my review to call to discuss further…read more I m doing this to protect other patients of the ongoing misleading hidden fees they are charging for services without telling the patients. And giving you the impression it is a copay n just sign the Pin pad. Someone returned my call. Said she will have someone from the Rockland location call me back to discuss further. A Teacy Lia called and upon my explanation I was giving since 9/3, she said, I already signed for the service n cannot refund me my money. She can make a note in my file I do not wish thst service. When I reacted, she then said, oh, I said I will see what I can do. Lies, lies, lies. She is claiming no one will never mislead me there. Am I a fool to be stressing myself out for a refund if I agreed and understand what I am signing for. Once again I explained to her, I signed because I asked the question if I have a copay n the rep said , " yes" $40.00 sign the pin pad. Unfortunately, we trust these ppl without double checking to make sure no hidden information. I thought I m signing to acknowledge a copay not an additional service that my insurance does not cover. I dont need any additional services. I m clean. Tracy was rude to me n told me I am lying on her staff. And she bluntly refused to give me my refund. She said, I can take a lawyer if I find one to represent me. Upon arguing with her, she slammed the phone down on me. Yep, this is the type of service you get after your money is being taken from you wrongfully... She even said, you dont need to come back here for the service. Yes, these are the kind of people LHR have on their team to give customers service/patients satisfaction.... I hope people are reading my reviews n make wise decisions. Do not sign anything without checking. Copay ask them to bill you. I learned my lessons. I will never pay anyone again copay. I will let them bill me because what the employee s of LHR in Rockland is doing to patients. Not telling us the truth. This location are misleading patients. Not sure if it is a requirement how to approach these additional services to get money from patients. 18 Squadron Blvd, New City. Do not trust them. Nice workers, but there is something behind that nice approach that patients are being mislead by. Be smart, n wise. Do not sign anything without reading or questioning. I might not get my money back as stated rudely by Tracy Lia; But thr this review i will save a lot of $40. Dollars from being taken innocently from patients.
