They are terribly understaffed. 2 people working in an incredibly busy office. They tell people that are waiting they most likely will not get you in. read more

I had a great experience. Check in was easy. My appointment was taken care of in time& quick. The nurse I had was very friendly.

their system is down again, a lot of unhappy people and no one available to assist patients

This lab facility is truly phenomenal. When I arrived to do a new employment drug screening, I asked the receptionist I could also complete some unrelated lab work. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that I was able to complete such lab work there using my insurance. But what's more, as I was about to have the blood draw, I chickened out due to a severe fear of needles and explained I would come back another day. The manager Ambrasia (SP) came over to me in the most compassionate and kind way and said "no need to come back let's get this done today, I'll help you through it." She was so loving and such a skilled technician, I didn't even feel the poke. It was truly one of the best medical experiences I have ever had. If I could give six stars I would. read more

Had to go this past Friday for blood work for work requirement, staff were friendly however the lady who drew my blood didn't change gloves (a form dropped on the floor and she just picked it up w gloves and everything and honestly I didn't even know if she changed gloves in between patients). I meant to say something but she did everything so fast and I didn't get a chance to say anything and afterwards I was so shocked I didn't know what to say, but I def felt violated, i didn't want to say anything then due to the coronavirus situation I wanted to get out ASAP. I would not recommend coming to this location read more

worst customer service they dont care about anyone , no integrity , lies and slacking , they dont care

Lots of room to improve this office. Can't recommend it. Cleanliness is a big concern when you're involved in any kind of medical exam and this place stores their equipment in old cardboard boxes and has piles of ripped up paper sitting in unused sinks. Also would appreciate it if the staff (or at least the gentleman who handled my appointment) could close the door while drawing blood. That said, they receive one star for taking my appointment on time despite having a full waiting room. Parking in the big, off street back lot is convenient, too. read more

I was here yesterday for a Pre-employment Drug Screen. I have to say this location is run pretty efficiently. The entire process took roughly 30 minutes from sign in. I wish I could say the same for time it took to find it. GPS gave me the runaround for a bit. Staff were friendly enough and professional. It was pretty busy when I was there around 1145. I definitely recommend making an appointment. However, again, it ran pretty smooth and quick for only 2 staff, at least that's all I saw present and no one seemed to have an appointment. Waiting area somewhat small but it was clean and neat. If the staff hustle like this everyday, the waiting room does not need to be any bigger. Also, it seems Quest is keeping up with the times, advertisements on the wall for app/log in membership to access your lab results. Pretty cool! read more

The front desk/ technician was completely RUDE. I made an appointment, like I do all the time and they tell me they are unable to pull my order from online because my doctor is out of state. Mind you, I have this test done every 3 months at the Cool Springs location and they never have a problem. I tell her to give me a second to find the hard copy and she slams the desk and storms off. Completely unprofessional and not helpful. I will never go back to this lab. read more

Of course, this was a pre-employment drug screen. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and pleasant. Just busy and that is not their fault. In my line of work, I can end up needing to provide these test results at any time so it is nice to know they can work me in. read more

The women in this particular office are hateful and rude. They were even more rude to me after I couldn't fill the cup up to the line. They were reluctant to give me more than just 1 bottle of water, which is why I was forced to sit in the waiting room for 45 minutes. They stared at me through the glass laughing as I waited for the 1 bottle of water to pass through. Idk if they are just miserable in their professions or what it is but they shouldn't be taking out their negative attitudes on patients. read more

I made an appointment to come in and do an urine screen. I was told making an appointment would be the fastest way, so I selected this option for minimal disruption to my work day. You can imagine my delight when 30 minutes after my appointment, I am still in the waiting room. Thanks for the incredible 1 hour 30 min burn to my workday. read more

Dealing with these people was the rudest experience I have ever had. I arrived at 8:00AM and was told I had to wait until 8:30 because I didn't have an appointment. Now during this 30 minutes these two ladies sat around just talking. I felt like I was bothering them, or that is what it made me feel like. Just very rude and unprofessional behavior down on Patterson Street, Nashville, TN. I also noticed they were being rude and not very nice to everyone. Suggestion, if you don't like your job, go work some where else. It was obvious that they were not happy girls. read more

1916 Patterson street Nashville tn. First of all, this had to be the worst experience I've ever had for my drug screening. I'm generally an all around friendly person, unless someone isn't nice to me. There was a woman working up at the front a little older and she had braids in her hair. She was EXTREMELY rude and it was my first time doing a drug test there so I didn't know what I was supposed to do. She told me rudely "go back to the car and you need to get your license otherwise we're not helping." I brought my mother in there because I hate confrontation, and my mom literally went off on her. To make a long story short, the woman then proceeded to say I couldn't take my test because it was expired which was also a lie so I had to reach out to quest diagnostics via phone.....MAJOR headache. And the worst part was I didn't even do anything to the lady. She was just rude. read more
