NO ONE was in the lobby. A young girl maybe in her 30's came out and says she won't be able to draw for my labs because she can only do it 10 min before my appointment. She was rude and not accommodating. I cancelled my appointment, I don't want anyone with that attitude and demeanor to have a needle near me. I will never go back and I'm going to tell my provider not to use them.

There was 1 lady there working all by herself but luckily they weren't busy. She was super nice and professional and made the whole experience better than my previous visit. In total it took about 15 minutes from enter to exit. That's how it should be. I was allowed 4 minutes this time instead of 2 and I wasn't treated like a druggie or looked down upon at all. The last visit I had was not good, I felt I was labeled as soon as I walked in. Anyways, I passed the test we chatted and that was it. Like I said, much better experience this time. Glad things have changed there. If I ever need another drug test I will try to choose this place. Thanks.

For the last 5 months it takes 2 or 3 weeks for anything to appear, yet they tell me it has been processed and sent to my doctors? I have filled out their on line forms a dozen times and they never respond? I have to call these doctors repeatedly to find out where my blood work is and I am lucky to get to get blood work once a month. I've tried to correct this for months and they have left me in limbo. This use to be a good company, but any linger.

4:30PM Covid Test at Walgreens drive-thru pharmacy in Sacramento, CA on Friday 11/5. The only…read morereason I didn't return to the next-day Molecular Matrix Diagnostics in West Sacramento was that I needed a later appointment time than their available hours/slots and the Walgreens was more convenient to home. Provided the requisition number, I logged into the Aegis Labs patient portal on 11/6 and 11/7 and both times it said that my sample # "has not been received at our laboratory" followed by statements: -Samples are typically shipped via overnight delivery to the laboratory. -Shipping delays and weekend shipping schedules may delay receipt in the laboratory. -Sat/Sun collections are most likely to be delayed beyond next-day delivery. -Please allow for transit time and check back later or verify the requisition number. -Samples received greater than 30 days ago are no longer available on this portal. Finally around 4:00AM on Monday 11/8 I receive the email from Walgreens/PWNHealth with the results attached (negative). Funny, even on the final report there is no date entered for when the sample was received, only the collection date and results reported date. Oh well. I understand transit time doesn't count for turnaround, but it would've been nice if at least I could see that it was received, tracking and being processed, test status updates. According to their website their target turnaround is 24 hours or less from the time sample is received.

My wife and I had to come here for pregnancy ultrasounds. Our experience makes me wonder - what…read moretype of business are they running and what is their ultimate goal? Maybe $ signs? Taking advantage of the American-made medical system? Our journey was riddled with terrible communication, disrespect from the doctors, unnecessary stress/worrying and 1 hour waits past our appointment times. Half the time, they didn't even send the results of the ultrasounds to our OBGYN for review!!! Our last week before changing ultrasound providers, we were told to come in for ultrasounds 3 times. After being put on red alert that our baby was not moving, they made us drive 1 hour to the Murfreesboro location. The tech did her thing and the doctor didn't even have the respect to talk to us. The tech put on her doctor's hat and told us everything looked good!! I would go elsewhere if you have the choice - This is a dysfunctional "business."
