I visited the Northeast radiology location in Mount Kisko recently. I have to report that I had a…read morevery bad experience at that location. I waited for about an hour to have my MRI done and when I went to the front desk I was told that they just received a message from the technician that the machine had overheated and it would take about an hour to cool down. Their machine is located on the parking lot of the location. I elected not to stay and was turned off by the entire experience. Some of the people I came in contact with seemed like they were unhappy working there and it reflected on how they treated the people who were waiting. I would not recommend anyone go to this location. It was not welcoming in any way and I question whether their safety standards are up to par. I recently went to their office in Danbury, Connecticut and it was night and day. It was extremely professional every step of the way. My advice... if you have to use Northeast go to their Danbury location... you will not be disappointed.
