They work diligently to keep wait times down, but each staff member is detailed, thorough, efficient, friendly & so helpful. Many times going above and beyond. I can definitely tell you that this is the place for any phlebotomy place you'd want to be. I wish some of them could work part time at some of these hospitals. Lol Just be patient and empathize with your fellow workers. Ive seen some outrageous things that they deal with (very professional) and it's really demoralizing to them or anyone giving you any kind of service. There's a reason they are so busy, no one wants to go elsewhere, and yes Corp is stingy & definitely hiring:/paying for more staff. It's not the workers fault! There's ample parking as it's located in a shopping plaza and walking in I was surprised to see that it was not busy at all. I was called in minutes of sitting down and Deborah B. was the technician who handled my labs. Deborah was extremely thorough and so very personable at the same time. She made the experience enjoyable which I know is an odd thing to say because we're talking lab work lol but she was great. I'd definitely return if I needed lab work again.

People upset and some just got up and left. Lab Techs were stressed and no wonder, but they handled it the best they could. For some reason lab closed at 2:30 pm. Unfortunately there was a different staff member there today. The moment I walked in she exhaled in a loud manner, and looked at me in a disgusted way. She then proceeded to be rude to me, and tell me she wasn't even going to draw my blood, due to the Drs office putting "Labcorp" on the top of the order! I told her my insurance covers Quest, and I just had blood drawn there; but she claimed the codes were different and couldn't help me. It's amazing that her co-worker had no problem with the same type of form only a week or so before. I think this woman just decided she didn't want to take my blood. She totally wasted my time. I am very disappointed and dissatisfied with Quest now. I will not be going back unless I know this woman won't be there. She is a horrible representative for Quest.
