Just completely ugh and painful. Worst experience I had there. But this time, I decided to try out their Labcorp for my daughter's 2yo blood work. The Labcorp is located inside the Outpatient building connecting with Radiology. There is a tablet/kiosk machine for you to check in upon arrival. The waiting area is very clean and filled with plenty of chairs. My daughter's appointment is scheduled on a Sat morning, and the waiting area was just empty. The two staffs at Labcorp were very friendly and welcoming. The technician who drew blood for my daughter was very patient and gentle with her. She made sure my daughter is at a comfortable stage and position before moving forward. I guess I can start shifting my lab work to this location, which is closer to my house too.

She tried to reschedule with me again and when I gave her dates she never got back to me. Then after a few weeks Christina's supervisor Amy sent me a message saying a supervisory visit was required to take place in the next few business days, but I was leaving for a trip so wouldn't be home during business hours on short notice. They terminated my services for non-compliance, even though they are the ones who skipped out on 3 different scheduled visits, didn't respond when I gave them dates to schedule again. I tried filing a grievance and the owner wouldn't hear my grievance- going against their own policy. I'm filing a complaint with the state. This is ridiculous!!

When you ask a question, whether in person or over the phone, they just ask you a bunch of irrelevant questions instead of answering your question. For example, I called on Thursday and asked if they have any male doctors or nurses there, because I needed something looked at in my private area and I would prefer to be seen by a male medical provider. Instead of answering my simple question, the person who answered the phone put me on hold to speak to a second person. I had to ask the second person the same question, "Do you have a male doctor or nurse there?" to which she responded, "Yes, we have a nurse here," which is of course not what I asked. Instead of answering my simple question, she also put me on hold to speak to a third person! The third person I spoke to on the phone seemed to be an office manager there and seemed more competent and finally answered my question. She told me that it's a small place and it's all women who work there. I asked her where I could go to see a male medical provider. She referred me to the Health Center on S. Broad St. I drove half an hour away to get to the Health Center on Broad St. only to find out that they don't have any male doctors or nurses there either! The staff there said that the staff at AHF should have known better than to give me incorrect information as there is no way they could have known who works at the other health center. I drove halfway across town for nothing! I'll just go to my PCP for all my health needs from now on.

Dr is very complete on her examination and questions . I like her so far and when pharmacy had a question and I had to contact her she was very nice about returning pharmacists call on a Sunday! I was very thankful for that . Still was next day until I got the medication but that was pharmacists fault not her's she facilitated it. I'm recommending to people with bad pain or long term life long pain she is a very good doctor to see. She give very good quality care . The office is clearly overwhelmed and I would caution anyone considering going to Floral Vale to go somewhere else if you want a responsive doctor's office.
