If you've ever had a DOT physical then you'll understand the rarity in this. After the medical assistant completed her tasks I was only waiting in the exam room for maybe 3-4 minutes before Deb Gross, ARNP came in complete my exam. The whole process was very thorough and efficient, which I appreciated very much. Deb and her staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable. On top of it all, the price was very competitive ($150). I will return to EH for my next DOT physical and would happily recommend them.

As a result, despite the FMCSA AND WA DMV having a subsequent completed valid DOT physical (from another clinic) on file, my partner's CDL was downgraded, without notice from anyone, and he missed out on a driving job he was in line for. It took 3 weeks for him to get this straightened out with DMV. Thanks to this clinic's stupidity, he is still job-hunting. I would not touch this clinic with a 10-foot pole.

My doctor initiates the order and it's there when I arrive. Both times I was here, even on a day I had little water, they got the blood the first time they poked me. The lab takes appointments which you can set online as well and also walk ins. They are closed for 1 hour for lunch 12-1 pm.

Great lab experience from start to finish. I went online and was able to make an appointment for 45…read moreminutes later, giving me just the right amount of time to get there. The kiosk check-in was easy. Natasha at the desk called me up within 5 minutes and quickly and kindly got me all checked in. Waited no more than 10 minutes and then Vanessa took my bloodwork in the BEST STICK EVER (I'm a tough one. Vanessa got it on the first try with no discomfort whatsoever. EPIC). I'm talking about Zac, Vanessa & Elizabeth. They are not only gentle with the needle, allow use of the butterfly needle unlike the others, but are friendly, patient, sweet & easy to work with. Their kinder in a stressful pandemic situation than others were outside a pandemic. Unfortunately Zac is at another location now and Vanessa floats to different locations. Fortunately Elizabeth is still there... for now. The location is good about Covid safety. They are now by appointment only so you're in the office with no more than 1 other person. You only walk in once you get the text to go in after you check in on your phone. They check your temp when you walk in, not that that helps asymptomatic cases, but they can only do what they can. They have Purell hand sanitizers, not the cheap dollar store Assured brand a doctors office had that was FDA recalled for methanol! So glad I slathered that baby on all over :/
