from Emergency to ICU.. family member went in to have legs ck'd from being swelled at the same time, his heart rate was bouncing around like a pinball nothing was addressed. He gets home and collapses because his defibrillator went off twice and hit the closet and hurt his hands they go back to St. John's after being there from 1:00 PM to midnight they then put him in ICU which they might be taking care of the problem after being an ICU however, if you ask a question as to why it wasn't addressed the earlier before and them,nurses and supervisors think like it's no big issue if you address time of his last visit he was in ICU and asked for them to move that person around so they don't get bed sores obviously it wasn't enough to express your concern now they tell me I can't address it. It's none of my business even though it's a family member furthermore, the nurse in the ER was so rude To the wife and if you ask that question, they don't want to address it you ask for admin person to talk to them to get answers instead if you take a name, if you take a name they bring the security and a supervisor, instead of a admin person...I did mention you all gonna get yourselves fired, which is not a threat they bring up security to escort you out and you still haven't got to talk too a admin person to answer you questions...private hospital is not a trauma they don't have the capability of resolving the issueThey are rude and they don't care they bring their security that you're out of control and making threats which never happened. This hospital is very poor and second time that a family member has been in there so the powers that be in this hospital facility sucks not everybody is nice or compassionate at all. They told me not to call the hospital or talk to admin or anyone else for that matter so what is being hidden in that hospital but yet I see all these great experiences from other visits I'm disgusted and even though I'm not a PA , or his wife I'm just a sibling and I can't ask questions with my bother there in the room and the supervisor talks over you I got up and walked out and furthermore, you have to ask the nurse three times to leave so you can have some time with your sibling and she is her department and she can be there if she wants to. They should be shut down and there's got to be more people that are being treated horribly as a family member. read more

From the emergency room to the 4 th floor and then on to cardiac unit. All of the Drs and nurses and other staff were absolutely amazing and caring. I think it was Dr. Taylor in emergency room who knew I was very sick but admitting said no admit her levels are fine. Dr. Taylor fought for me and I was admitted. I had covid. And again everyone treated me with the utmost respect. I have been in several hospitals and I rank this hospital a top ten. I would recommend this hospital to everyone read more

St John's hospital behavioral system turned my life around in such a profound and professional way that I can only give the highest praise to each and everyone of the people who work there. From the doctors to the RNs to the CNAs and everyone else involved we're so supportive, caring I'll even use the word loving. I saw so many lives in there that had turned around because of the supportive nature of that staff. From Tanya to Wade to Kerry to Tracy to Kevin to Jason to Kevin and many many more that I'm ashamed to not name the personally. But they took the time no matter whether they had it or not to stop and talk and listen mostly. This is a place where you can turn your life around and understand you don't have to think the way you have been thinking for so long. The nurturing ways of this floor filled with people, the programs and training or secondary. We were not required to do anything. I remember the first day they gave me a pretty heavy medication and I slept the whole night and most of the next day and life changed every day. Little did I know that it would take me where I am today. Instead of waking up every morning and saying God please take me I now wake up and ride in my gratitude journal. Talk about a 180. I met friends in there that I still talk to or text to everyday. God blessed me and he will bless you too if you use St John's hospital. read more

I wish I could give 0 stars. I have lived in Kelso/Longview my whole life and the amount of horror stories I have heard about and experienced with this place is obscene. Negligent staff who is incompetent when it comes to treating people of this community. No compassion whatsoever. I can't express the anger this place makes me feel given the way I know they have treated people I care about. I much rather drive hours away to go to a hospital with people who actually give a damn. My husband comes here quarterly for an on-going medical condition. Staff and Dr have always been accommodating; returning phone calls, ordering medicines and friendly!!
