Casey has been my primary physical therapist and he has been phenomenal. He answers all my ridiculous questions, (patiently), and offers easy to follow suggestions - he's a gem. Sadly, he has recently transitioned to hospice care, but we were very happy to learn he can stay in the same facility during these last days. It's comforting to know our loved one can remain in a place that has some familiarity during this final stage of his life. Though the facility is somewhat aged, it appears to be well-maintained and clean. The staff are kind, attentive, and very aware of visitors in the building. Nothing goes unnoticed, and this brings me comfort. When the time comes, I hope to receive the same level of care my father-in-law is receiving at Frontier Rehabilitation and Extended Care Center.

Their bread is inedible rubber but the fresh veggie svand fruit, though canned, is OK and the rolls edible. Not necessarily the foods for recovery. But otherwise the care is great for a tough customer as myself.
