The service is the absolute worst. The staff hides behind a wall making it almost impossible to ask questions. (Provide them with more staff.) Thank you so much for being open on a Saturday!! All my blood tests have very small windows of time when they can be drawn so I really appreciate your weekend hours. I was able to make an appointment a couple of days in advance and was back getting my blood drawn within 5 minutes of sitting down. Just clicked the link on my text to check in-no need to use the tablet unless you're a walk in. Staff was so friendly and had no issue with my very difficult veins, only needed one try!! read more

If you're ever wondering what it's like to get your blood drawn by someone who mistakes medical professionalism for a soapbox at the town square, look no further than Quest Diagnostics. This particular location, anyway. I came here for a simple blood draw -- not a spontaneous TED Talk on climate collapse and moral panic. But the moment I sat down, the technician decided to open with, "It's been humid outside lately. I believe in climate change, so it's scary. Arizona won't be livable in ten years." That's your opening conversation STARTER? Ma'am, I came in for a needle, not Nostradamus in scrubs. Also, this isn't Arizona. I responded, calmly, with a little historical context -- you know, since climate shifts have been around a bit longer than her bedside manner -- but apparently nuance isn't welcome in this lab. Then, because nothing says "empathetic healthcare" like digging through your personal trauma, she asked why I wasn't wearing a mask. Keep in mind, she wasn't wearing one. The other tech wasn't wearing one. No other PATIENT was wearing one. But I was supposed to? I explained I'm immunocompromised due to chronic illness, a survivor of human trafficking, and claustrophobic thanks to attempt on my life in the form of smothering and literal torture. She wasn't listening. Instead, she questioned my choices (current and past) with all the tact of a traffic cop doing stand-up comedy. She even had the gall to say "that's not a thing" and I didn't have the patience to ask which part of my actual life she meant wasn't real. I told her masks don't do me any favors -- they're for other people's comfort and safety if I'm sick, remember? And that I prefer to avoid people who still think it's a personal protective force field in 2025. I was making light of it all. She didn't find that very funny. I didn't find any of this appropriate. The tone, the judgment, the unnecessary commentary -- none of it belongs in a medical setting. I left with my blood drawn and my patience drained. If you value dignity, privacy, or even just the radical concept of being treated like a human being instead of a conversation prop, request literally any other technician. Or better yet, skip this location altogether and go where they treat patients, not platforms. I'd have given LITERALLY A N Y O N E ELSE a better review than this. read more

If you work a government job or a job that involves driving a company vehicle, you will have to periodically do drug tests so they know you're clean and not on some magic mushroom, fairy dust, or wacky tobaccy. The person administrating the test was not very knowledgeable on how to prepare said test and seemed unsure of their actions, otherwise just another random drug screen. read more

I wasn't sure what to expect getting lab work done right after Christmas. I had made an appointment and received a link to check in on my phone when I arrived. They got me in as soon as I sat down, and I must have only been there for 5 or so minutes despite needing 8 vials of blood drawn. Julie was amazing and put me right at ease. I sometimes feel these visits can be transactional so it was wonderful to meet such a kind and friendly person, even though it was too early and too cold outside and the morning after Christmas. In addition to being a kind soul, Julie was also adept with the needle and vials and had finished the draw in no time and practically pain free! Thank you Julie and Quest! read more

0 Stars if I could have. As a Caregiver/RN I stopped in Quest to grab some equipment to draw labs on a patient. The Phleb gave me a hard time. REALLY?!?!? Your lab will be performing the testing, so the equipment you would give me is the same equipment you would have used for collection, and my patient essentially would be paying for it by paying her insurance premiums, and being charged for the testing. BIG THIMBS down for accomodating patients who have caregivers and are unable to leave their homes. Stay classy Tammy!!! read more

I had to drop off a specimen today. Honestly it was a 24 hour urine specimen. I called the 800 number and they were helpful. they called the lab and lab said they would be open till 5pm. We drove 13 miles on bad roads with an outside temperature of -14..... and at 4:45 pm no one was there. Please people labcorp is so much better. I was stuck with Quest this time. I now have a gallon of urine in my refrigerator. This was for the Balsam location. read more

This is not about test accuracy or the staff, but the company's unbelievably bad customer service. I have been hung up on by their automated system repeatedly, cannot talk to a live person, and in general can't even get a simple question answered. They make it essentially impossible to talk to someone. I have tried every option on their phone menu, all the same......no service and it hangs up without reaching anyone. I now will have to drive there just to ask a damn question. read more

This 5 star rating is for Roxanne. She went above and beyond to help me get my blood test. She even had to stay a bit late to take care of me. The website definitely needs work. Another patient and myself had issues with payment on the website, that unfortunately the phlebotomists were left to deal with. But luckily, Roxanne made up For the frustration from the website. Let me start by saying: if you need a blood test -- AVOID ANY DOCTOR'S OFFICE -- and get straight to Quest. These are highly trained vampires -- meaning no pain, no bruising, no multiple sticks. This was 3rd blood test in 2 weeks -- 2 at doctor's office and 1 at Quest. I'm still sporting the bruise from my last stick (9 days ago at Dr. office). That was 3 sticks to get it right. The doctor visit before was 2 sticks and that bruise was a swollen golf ball sized lump. I'm told that I have "rolling veins," or "tiny veins." When I went to Quest, the tech said "great veins!" I knew better -- I should have told my doctors office that I needed the order for my blood test. That is all you need -- the order for the test from your doc. Then indulge yourself in a one stick painless blood draw. Now that's the bloody truth. read more

When I arrived at Quest, I had a specimen that needed to be dropped off. I signed in and waited for someone to help me. A woman came to the desk after I had been waiting for at least 5 minutes, and asked if she could help me. I told her that I just needed to drop off a specimen. She said to sign in and sit down. After more waiting,she helped the next person on the list, who was waiting to get blood drawn. All she had to do was get my name and number, but she refused to help me because she wanted me to wait for 5 people ahead of me that needed blood drawn. A very nice young man came to the desk, took my name and number so I didn't have to wait at least 30 minutes before I was next on the list. I would give the woman zero stars for being unhelpful and rude. The nice young man who helped me , I would give 5 stars. read more
