I gave my confirmation number to the person at the desk and they said they needed a QR Code and couldn't look up my appointment with my confirmation number so I was treated as a walkin. Can someone address this problem with the office there and teach them how to look up an appointment with a confirmation number as no QR Code is provided with a telephone appointment. I had to wait a VERY LONG time as the waiting room was full when I got there for my scheduled appointment! The incompetence here is frustrating.

The hours of operation listed on the door read: 6:30 a.m. - 2 p.m. Monday - Friday for lab work. I arrived at 7:50 a.m. to find several staff inside, walking around, failing to open the front door for six people. I waited about 15 minutes outside, in hopes they would open the door. But I could not wait any longer. I am appalled that this location could blatantly allow people to stand outside in the cold. I do not recommend this location at 211 S Franklin Blvd in Pleasantville. This is absolutely ridiculous. I have to go to work and this is the only day I can get my labs done. And they just watch people outside waiting like it's a game or sick joke.

There is one nurse in particular who is so nice to my mom and helps her as my mom does have limited English and can't read English as well. Also my mom has almost every disease from heart disease to diabetes and kidney issues and her veins are old and tiny but the nurse is still able to get her blood quickly and painlessly which is hugeeee! I give this place 4 stars just on that. If you have hard veins she'll find them. Minus one star for the stairs and difficulty that my mom has getting inside. There should be a handicap ramp in the front instead. Also the building could use major updates as it looks like it's about to fall apart!

But it was clearly snippy and when I told her that I didn't know everything on the blood panel she got plain mad. Forget that she is violating HIPPA by yelling my info across the waiting room, why was she mad? At one point she yelled I don't want to argue with you, mind you at this point my comments had only been I dont know. So I go back to give blood and it's the same lady using my arm to work out her anger. This is the worst medical facility I have ever been to, and I've been treated in Army field hospitals overseas!

This is a combined review for several services. Once or twice you may let something slip by,…read morebut.... 2 times now the radiologist compared my a new scan to the wrong previous scan so of course the comparative results came back inaccurate. Additionally, on a more recent visit for an MRI with and without contrast. The radiologist missed my port when injecting the contrast and it went under my skin instead of in my vein. Always have a nurse access your port. Doctors don't do it often enough. My saga doesn't end there. I had to get an additional, successful MRI at a different facility and pay them my copay. Advance shore had the nerve to bill me for the botched procedure. This is now 9 months they're pestering me with unpaid invoices. I am actively working with my insurance company to reverse their payment as well. When all is said and done, I will bring legal support in to fight paying this charge and let everyone I know in the process.
