I ran a lab for twenty years and I can say, with authority, that this is the least customer-oriented lab drawing facility that I've EVER been to. Each patient takes 15 to 20 minutes. You'll get bumped for "appointment" clients all day long and your name will be next on the board the entire time. There is a time board with names that show 5 minutes intervals between clients. It's a scam. It takes no less than 15 minutes for them to process a single client. My name was next for an hour showing a wait time of 5 minutes. During that period only four other clients was processed. Most often patients do not have a choice of lab corporations for their blood draws. What we can to is complain to your insurance company. Believe it or not, it will result in a phone call to the manager, who, of course, won't care. Or you can kill time by composing a lengthy and negative Yelp review while you're waiting.

i've visited this er and hospital multiple times in the last few years due to autoimmune flares…read morethat needed immediate treatment .. 90 percent of the nurses and techs were great .. my issue is with the ER drs and the hospitalists. I have to actually request not to be seen by certain drs due to their lack of understanding of my condition and refusal to educate themselves by talking to my specialist outside of the hospital. One dr in particular Dr Goldstein is very arrogant and treats me like I am crazy whenever i have to be seen there. He tries to tell me my tests are all normal when clearly they aren't . He has the attitude of "treat em and street em". if he would take the time to actually listen to my specialist he would see that my issues are complex and beyond his scope ..but his ego won't allow him to. I tell everyone to always read your patient portal !!
