I ran a lab for twenty years and I can say, with authority, that this is the least customer-oriented lab drawing facility that I've EVER been to. Each patient takes 15 to 20 minutes. You'll get bumped for "appointment" clients all day long and your name will be next on the board the entire time. There is a time board with names that show 5 minutes intervals between clients. It's a scam. It takes no less than 15 minutes for them to process a single client. My name was next for an hour showing a wait time of 5 minutes. During that period only four other clients was processed. Most often patients do not have a choice of lab corporations for their blood draws. What we can to is complain to your insurance company. Believe it or not, it will result in a phone call to the manager, who, of course, won't care. Or you can kill time by composing a lengthy and negative Yelp review while you're waiting.

We called MasterTech Environmental for an air quality test and moisture assessment. Tom Duff was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and professional. The air quality test showed no airborne mold, but the dampness in the ceiling was of concern. His team came out to remove parts of the drywall to assess for mold. Trace amounts of black mold were uncovered along with quite a bit of white mold. The team quickly removed all affected drywall and insulation. When I tell you these guys are thorough and work clean, I mean it. Tony, etc were meticulous with closing off the affected areas for safety and ensuring no mess was left behind. There wasn't an ounce of dust anywhere. It was as if they were never here! MasterTech Environmental does not replace the dry wall, but they recommended an incredibly reliable contractor who did. He also worked exceptionally clean and had my office back to normal in 2 days. Diane in the office is a sweetheart and her communication was second to none. While I wanted to get it fixed the prices I was given by other supposedly reputable companies in the area were astronomical. I delayed until I was given a realistic estimate from Mastertech. That is not to say it was cheap but reasonable by comparison. I was especially impressed when getting my estimate that I was being listened to and not talked at. The guys who came to my house were friendly and professional. They sent up a containment area so the rest of the house was safe from the work area. It only took a few days to clean out and clean up 40+ years of stuff in the basement. Now I have a perfectly clean and empty basement. Oh ,and I have a certificate stating my house was clean. Now for a side note to people like me who honestly don't know what you got till it's gone.....I will say that you must (let me emphasize this) must know what you want to keep before they start clearing out your stuff. They will save what you say you want to keep and anything they deem valuable like silverware or family photos If they can. They we're thorough and I was naive and didn't think they would toss out my closed plastic bins of media or a sculpture I made. This is not their fault. What one seems valuable is subjective and I should have been more diligent in checking on what I wanted to keep. Now, let's all have a moment of silence for the gargoyle I made in high school. She dropped in without an appointment today when her face was swollen and not only did he check her out (infected tooth) but also ordered an antibiotic and took the time to call around and get her an appointment for additional treatment as soon as possible. Not many doctors or dentists would go through all this effort without charging a huge amount. It shows me he really cares about his patients.

He points out what he sees on the x-rays with you so you can follow along what his plans are for your dental health. Very pleasant person. Youngish but reminds me of the old fashioned dentist my whole family went to for 30 years. I had a shore dentist in a different town ask me, first question, "What insurance do you have?" That is not the right first question. Dr. Abbott told me things about my wisdom teeth no one else had, and what to do about my bite-guard issues. He was recommended to me by a person who'd lived at the shore her whole life. Also: Very kind hygenist who probably cleaned my teeth more thoroughly than anyone ever has.
