It was busy, which did cause me to wait slightly past my wait time, but I understood because every chair was taken and walk-ins were quoted 2+ hours. I understand understaffing is an issue but being disrespectful is never ok. I arrived early for my 7:30 appointment. My doctors office scheduled it for me, and told me an address and a time several days prior. When I arrive a woman took my name, then I sat there for 30 minutes... the second woman came out and took someone else, and told me I didn't have an appointment and proceeded to call me a liar and walk away. I was sitting out there for 30 minutes while these ladies couldn't find my appointment and while they wasted my time I could have gone somewhere else. They were rude, unprofessional, and I am surprised they are allowed to touch people.... I will never go back to quest. read more

Horrible customer service Im not even one to leave any bad review but I was extremely disappointed with this establishment. The lac collector Marie Joseph didn't show any compassion,any effort towards assisting me. Im beyond disgusted honestly, if you weren't in the mood to come into work why even come in? The wait time is beyond disrespectful like I get it it's by appointments but if the kiosk stops working and people waiting in line tells you they're next, it's not respected. No walk-ins, poor workmanship, attitude, gain of function. At my first scheduled appt the phlebotomist blew up my arm. I had a raised welp 3cm round for almost a week. It concerned me. I drove quite a Waze to this quest due to it having a next day appt. I came back as a walk-in today because I remember the waiting room had been empty last time and I had gotten right in w the appt around this same time frame 11am after the morning rush After signing in successfully and seeing one other customer in the waiting area conversing loudly on her speaker phone, the monitor said I'd be up in 5 min and that there were 8appts coming within the next hour. About 5 min later 6 people showed up. My lab requires 30min resting so I was happy to let everyone w appts go ahead of me and then the tech comes through shouting "Appointments ONLY". I said, " I will wait for you to complete the appts and she said again w attitude, "no walk-ins! This location is appts only." Well that's not what the phone message says nor the website. "We'll this location is", she said. All Quest locations take walk-ins and you cannot expect to get right in as appts get served first. I accept and expect that. Not the attitude and poor workmanship and being rejected after already signed in and waiting. My labs require fasting and not taking the medications I am prescribed and this time to rest for 30min. This location is inside a Walmart and requires trekking through the parking lot and store to the draw site. Now I must search for a new location to walk in, drive there, wait again and it is noon, I am fasted and unmedicated. I was confused as to how these Quests stay in business w such poor reviews and customer service. I keep coming as I am self pay, self healer and I like to run my own labs often. I recently discovered that Vanguard Group and BlackRock own a majority of Quest and BlackRock owns a majority of Vanguard Group. Knowing these evil predators have all of our health and genetic data is worrisome. Blackrock and Vanguard also own major stakes in Pfizer responsible for the warp speed clot shot that has increased all cause mortality already by 40%. They also robbed Americans in many ways including buying up single family residential units. read more

Worst place I've ever been to. I literally would never recommend this quest to anyone she told me I couldn't breathe while she was taking my blood out because I have bacteria in my nose and from all my experience of having blood taken out I've been had that happen to me. First of all it's my body. How are you going to tell someone that it's very very rude!!!!!! I'm soo upset and would never recommend this office. Theirs a dark skinned younger woman with glasses that works here. I went in for a drug screen, and she was highly disrespectful. She got upset with me because I was taking to long (cup shy). She even yelled at me in front of the other patient's telling me to make sure I have to go pee next time I come. Their absolutely will be no next time. This woman is highly unprofessional. I don't understand how she even is still employed there. Now my Son went this morning, and she was even nasty with him. Someone needs to do something about this girl. Their is hipaa laws where you shouldn't be yelling about another patient in front of other patients. Theirs plenty of other people that need jobs, and she obviously hates her job! I'll stick with lab corp! If I didn't have to put a star I wouldn't even give them one. read more

Every time I go to this quest diagnostic there is always an issue. The staff lacks customer service.and the wait time in super long. They need to hire new staff and get them proper training. This quest in the Walmart is horrible read more

I absolutely hate coming here and I will refrain from ever coming back again. I've been here on two occasions: the first one being for simple blood work and the second occasion to take a drug screening for employment purposes. On my first occasion I scheduled an appointment because the blood work was required by my doctor and although I had no issue being seen, the wait times were extremely long (1hr w/ an appointment) and all staff members were extremely rude. The older fat black woman who helped me was extremely rough and rushed drawing my blood, and had to prick me several times, this was back in December. They also gave me a hard time about accepting the forms REQUESTED FROM MY DOCTOR to draw my blood, trying to make me pay out of pocket. My second experience I endured this morning is the icing on the cake that will cause me to never refer this place to anyone or ever return. As protocol for my upcoming job I'm required to have a drug screen done and as this is the closet lab to my location I chose here to have it done. I DID NOT schedule an appointment but I did call ahead of time and try to. The automated voice read me their updated protocols regarding COVID-19, Walk-ins/Appointments, and Insurance. The automated voice specifically mentioned that while walk-ins are accepted, making an appointment is strongly encouraged. When trying to make an appointment there were none available in the 48-hour period I needed to get the test done for work, and the closest appointment I could have schedule was a week later which obviously wouldn't work for me. I decided to try to go to the location and explain my situation to someone and see if I could be seen with the provided documents from my upcoming job that showed my prepaid test at their location. Upon arriving I signed into the kiosk under a walk-in and my name was removed from the scheduling screen displayed in the lobby. When the next patient was called to come in I spoke with the lady at the door and she immediately had a nasty attitude with me even though I was asking her simple questions and being polite. She told me they DO NOT OFFER WALK-INS and to grab a paper from the side table in the lobby that had their other locations. She told me that location 22 (which is in West Palm Beach and very far out of my range) would be able to see me for a walk-in and turned her back on me and left. I feel this is very unprofessional on their part as a business to turn their customers away even when they have documents on hand. Due to these matters Quest Diagnostics will never receive business from me again and I will remember to turn away anyone who ever mentions wanting to get any lab testing done by them. read more

my wife went in for a drug screening and the older lady that was helping my wife was very rude and snapped at my wife for no reason I hope this is not how all her patients are treated. every one deserves respect no matter what in a professional work place. read more

If I could give this place a negative rating I would. When I arrived at the facility a male employee was arguing very loudly with the only other client in the place because he arrived ten minutes late for his appointment and they were refusing to obtain his blood work, even though there was no one else there waiting. The man left understandably frustrated and the employee went to the back without even acknowledging my presence. I checked in and sat down to wait. After over minutes passed with no interaction I checked in again, thinking maybe the first check in hadn't gone through. A few minutes later the male employee walked through the waiting room and left the facility, again, without any recognition of my presence. After another few minutes the female employee came out, started turning off lights, and said they were closed. I told her I had been there for over ten minutes and simply had a specimen sample to drop off, which does not require an appointment. She whined at me that all the computers were off and that she was in a lot of pain, so "please don't make this any more difficult than it has to be for..." her. WTH?!? Guess what lady? I got myself out of bed despite a raging migraine to get this specimen to the lab so it wouldn't go bad, I've been sitting in your waiting room since well before your closing time, and you're refusing to accept my specimen? WOW. And we wonder why the healthcare system in this country is in such shambles. I hope you find another job that does not involve human interaction and/or empathy/compassion. Same for your colleague. Based on the other reviews I am not the only one with a bad experience at this place. Fortunately the Quest the drew my labs had very nice people in it, they simply weren't open today for me to deliver my specimen to. I'll have to take it on Monday and hope it is still viable. read more
