Front desk has never been staffed on any of the occasions I have been forced to venture into this abyss. Always seemed to be understaffed and overwhelmed. I was supposed to know sign in procedure without anyone at the front desk to instruct or assist. It's not a reflection of the staff there. It is simply terribly run from the tip down. I would avoid using this company at all costs! I only gave 1 star because there is no option to give zero! read more

Slowest quest I have ever been to. The phlebotomists are rude and are not working in a timely manner. I guess they do not know how to run a lab. People even with appointments are waiting up to an hour. I do not recommend this location. read more

I am a very hard stick (having had many surgeries before, this I know!), and Tracy was very kind, patient and understanding. She went the extra mile by putting the tourniquet over my sleeve as to not upset me, and she even went and got and got an extra small needle, so it wasn't so bad at all! I have had to go 3 times in the last 3 weeks, and luckily, I got Tracy every time! If you have to give blood and live in the Gilbertsville area, please ask for Tracy, you will get excellent care:)

I cracked a porcelain crown that worked well for like 20 years (ChewingGumHurts)…read more I gutted it out until it was sensitive to hot and cold. Dr. Valenci installed a temporary crown that fit so well I wondered if I could get by with just that. The fit of the new crown was amazing. The Doc measured the crown area so well it required ZERO ADJUSTMENT. I don't even know it's there (and it matches my teeth better than the old one.) Take it from a guy who can be the worst critic - this Doc is gifted. From my traveling days I wound up seeing several dentists. No one is better. #HighlyReccomended #TakesMyInsurance

Quest is staffed by a bunch of vo-tech drop outs. I'd rather receive blood draws from a street junkie with wore out needles.
